Where will I be?

Set amongst the trees and a flat 200m walk from Werri Beach, Treetops at Werri is a laid back, family friendly home. Drive 5 minutes up the road to the seaside town of Gerringong to find cafes, resturants, bars and shopping – or 15 minutes to the nearby boutique towns of Berry and Kiama for a day out! Located at the Northend of Renfrew Rd, Treetops is also close to the start of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk.

How is the property laid out?

This property is a two storey four bedroom home, with entry through the front door on Renfrew Rd or backyard gate on Werri St.

On entering downstairs you will find two bedrooms – Bedroom 1 with a Queen and Bedroom 2 with 2 Singles – plus a laundry area leading out to the spaciousbackyard. A toilet and shower are ajacent to the laundry area.

Head up the stairs to the second storey and you hit the airy and comfortable spaces of the kitchen, living room (with Smart TV & Bluetooth Speaker System)and dining area – centred between balconies either side of the house. Bedroom 3 with a Queenand Bedroom 4 with2 x Singlesare also on this level and are off to the side for quieter quarters. The main bathroom is located on this level.

What about outdoors?

Treetops at Werri has a good sized grass backyard that is fully fenced. You can enter straight off the beach via a side gate and make use of the outdoor shower.

The garage now includesa ping pong table! You may also borrow the boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

On the second storey, a covered barbeque area overlooking the backyard with spanning views to Rose Valleymakes for fantastic entertaining space whilst opposite on the same level an additional balcony catches the morning sun – the perfect spot for a morning cup of tea!

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

During the warmer months the house can be opened up to catch any available sea breeze. In the cooler months a gas heater is available to keep you warm in the open plan lounge and dining area. Portable heaters are also provided for use in the bedrooms.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality linen and bath towels are provided at Treetops at Werri – though please remember to bring your own beach towels!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Treetops at Werri has parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles.Street parking is also available on Renfrew Rd, and there is alternate access to the backyard via a gate on Werri Street.

Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?

The Oasis is an original Werri Beach house that has been stylishly renovated into a casual, comfortable and relaxing home – complete with a secret garden! The main house has one queen bedroom and a separate cottage in the magical garden has a double bedroom with en-suite. The house oozes tranquility and you are less than a one minute walk to Werri Beach!

The Oasis has a water well and shallow pond in the garden. The water well is completely covered by solid timber lattice work. The pond is shallow, yet unfenced!Please inspect upon your arrival, and despite the cover being secure, please supervise young children around the well.

** Where will I be? **

The Oasis is less than a one minute walkto the famous surf spot at Werri Beach, and the start of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk. Close to The Oasis is Werri lagoon – a safe swimming area for younger children. A short, 5 minute drive away is Gerringong where you’ll find good coffee and a selection of nice restaurants. Minnamurra Falls is also close by – another great family outing!

** Why choose The Oasis? **

The Oasis is a stylishly renovated, original Werri Beach house. With a Balinese influence, The Oasis is a comfortable and tranquil place to come home to after a day on the beach or exploring the local area.

** How is the property laid out? **

The Oasis is made up of the main house and a cottage, joined by a timber walkway that leads through a lovely garden. The cottage is nonetheless totally separate from the main house so keep this in mind if travelling with kids!

The main house contains one spacious bedroom with queen bed, as well as a bathroom withshower and separate bath tub, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a lounge room with smart tv. In the bedroom there is a single sofa bed that can be made up for a child on request.

The cottage contains a double bed and a bathroom which also contains a washer/dryer.

Please note that there is also a two storey annexe on the property (as seen in the photos). The deck areas of this annexe are accessible to guests, however the interior rooms, both upstairs and downstairs,are not for guest use.

** Sofa bed in master bedroom for one child **

The master bedroom has a super comfy sofa bed, suitable for one young child. You are free to make use of this but bring your own sheets, towels, blankets etc if you do.

** What about outdoors? **

Werri Beach is less than a one minute walk from the house. Connecting the two buildings is a timber deck with a Balinese inspired entertaining area complete with gas bbq and a heated spa bath, complete with swim jets for those who like to swim. There is an outdoor shower on the deck for cleaning up after the beach. The deck overlooks the landscaped garden.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge room of the main house, which also services the other rooms in the house. The lounge room also contains a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have free standing fans, and the cottage has an oil heater for warmth.

The Pacific is a stylish beach house in one of the most sought after positions along Werri Beach. Its a perfect option for both a family beach getaway or a mates surf weekend – nestled between the safe swimming of Werri Lagoon and the famous Werri surf break. This beautiful home has a relaxed and easy ambience, yet with modern and contemporary touches.

The Nirvana Cottage has a queen bedroom with vintage surfboards lining the tall ceilings and northern outlook to four iconic Norfolk pines. The second bedroom is a child’s haven with white timber tri-bunk, books, toys and Lego in the wardrobe. The lounge wraps around the northern corner of the cottage lined with glass sliders letting in lots of light and the ocean breeze. For those cooler nights light up the ** fireplace ** and roll down the black shades and sleep tight.

The modern open plan kitchen and dining is in the center of the house with an outlook toward the beach on the eastern side and afternoon sunsets to the west on the sun-drenched deck. Complete with gas stove top and oven, microwave and modern appliances. The dining area has seating for six, plus three more along the kitchen bench or you can laze on the leather corner lounge!

The light filled main bathroom offers separate toilet styled with retro black and white check tiles. The original back door opens onto the deck; perfect for yoga. Mats are also supplied inside the back door blanket box and extra hooks are above for your towels and beach bags.
There are two televisions, an extensive CD collection, a curated travel book library and a sunset seat perfect for sundowners…

The Loft Cottage features an open plan kitchen, dining for six, queen size bed, lounge Smart TV, bathroom, dressing area and a carpeted loft with two king single beds and Smart TV with DVD player. Enter through the triple sliders from the sundrenched deck or laze on your bed looking out toward the north and take in the view of the Norfolk pines. Complete with plantation shutters and uniquely styled by 55 Parrots this cottage works great for a second family.

The outdoor laundry is shared by both cottages with an additional toilet.

The perfect place to spend your holiday outdoors; a recycled marina deck wraps around the cottage complete with block out-privacy shades, laid back dining for eight, Weber BBQ and a daybed for a siesta in the afternoon sun.

The veranda steps down onto a palm-lined driveway with plenty of space for kids to play. Walk straight into the back yard from the surf for a hot shower.

The Nirvana Cottage has a queen bedroom with vintage surfboards lining the tall ceilings and northern outlook to four iconic Norfolk pines. The second bedroom is a child’s haven with white timber tri-bunk, books, toys and Lego in the wardrobe. The lounge wraps around the northern corner of the cottage lined with glass sliders letting in lots of light and the ocean breeze. For those cooler nights light up the ** fireplace ** and roll down the black shades and sleep tight.

The modern open plan kitchen and dining is in the center of the house with an outlook toward the beach on the eastern side and afternoon sunsets to the west on the sun-drenched deck. Complete with gas stove top and oven, microwave and modern appliances. The dining area has seating for six, plus three more along the kitchen bench or you can laze on the leather corner lounge!

The light filled main bathroom offers separate toilet styled with retro black and white check tiles. The original back door opens onto the deck; perfect for yoga. Mats are also supplied inside the back door blanket box and extra hooks are above for your towels and beach bags.

The veranda steps down onto a palm-lined driveway with plenty of space for kids to play. Walk straight into the back yard from the surf for a hot shower.

All pantry basics are supplied and there is also a great local fruit and vegetable shop five minutes bike ride away to buy fresh produce. There is an IGA and bottle shop in Gerringong and local cafes.

We are right on the bike track so please bring your bikes.

Bedroom’s 2 & 3 have queen beds, and are opposite a large shared bathroom with double shower. Adjacent to these are the laundry and the downstairs lounge with a full home cinema, surround sound and black out blinds!

Upstairs in the main house – bedroom 4 has a double and an ensuite with a bath. The kitchen area proves a fabulous place for everyone to congregate whilst cooking up a storm, and flows through to the indoor and outdoor dining and lounging spaces.

The Bali bungalow, separate from the main house, has a king bed, a double, a library of books, TV and an ensuite bathroom with large stone bath and wet room shower.

Only 40 metres to the water at Werri Beach, Amethyst’s amazing location is hard to miss. You can be on the beach in 2 minutes as this property is directly opposite. 32 Werri Blue is located across the road from Geringong’s Werri Beach. Only a two minute drive or 15 minute walk to Gerringong’s main street with shops, cafes and restaurants.This Werri Beach waterfront home is very special as it has views right through to the ocean from the living room.

** Why choose 32 Werri Blue? **

32 Werri Blue has a stylish living and dining area with large table to seat six, a chaise lounge and gas fireplace, perfect for evening entertainment. The house also has a back garden area with BBQ, undercover alfresco dining area and table tennis. There is an external laundry with washer, dryer, shower and toilet – ideal for using when you come in from the beach.

In summer, you will love being directly opposite the beach and in winter you can take long walks on the beach in the winter sunshine, then snuggle up in front of the cosy fireplace.

32 Werri Blue is a single level cottage with a garden area. The cottage has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a main bathroom with a deep bathtub which is an open plan wet room, an ensuite and an external laundry with shower and toilet.

The main living room, well-equipped kitchen and dining area are located in an open plan area with a gas fireplace.
