How is the property laid out?
Cherry Tree Cottage Bowral is a semi-detached cottage with a classic layout. The master bedroom with king bed and ensuite are at the front of the house with picture windows overlooking a covered verandah. The hallway leads to the cosy lounge room with fireplace, and an annex with additional lounge and desk. The second bedroom with king bed adjoins the lounge room. The open plan kitchen and dining area are at the back of the house, which leads onto a covered outdoor entertaining deck with BBQ. The second bathroom and toilet are accessed from the dining room, and a fully equipped laundry is outside. The backyard is populated with mature trees and shrubs, and is fully fenced.

Complimentary Starlink WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. There is a smart TV, so please bring your own login details for your accounts.

Perfect location
Dale a - 27th April 2025This property is the perfect location. Only 5 mins walk to town, we didn’t use our car once after we arrived. Plenty of delicious restaurants in town. The house itself is beautifully renovated and decorated and all supplies are high end. We will definitely be back.
