How is the property laid out?

Spacious yet intimate, the cottage features a light-filled, open-plan kitchen and dining area tailored for two. A separate, sophisticated lounge room provides a dedicated space for relaxation. The bedroom features a queen-size bed dressed in the finest linen, complemented by a sleek bathroom and discreet, high-end laundry facilities.

WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

While complimentary WiFi is provided, the remote beauty of Jervis Bay can occasionally influence bandwidth. For guests whose requirements demand absolute reliability for professional purposes, we suggest a personal connectivity backup to ensure a seamless experience.

What about outdoors?

The grounds are an extension of the interior’s grace, featuring a private deck and an expansive backyard. Refresh in the heated outdoor shower after a morning on the beach, or spend a quiet afternoon in the hammock, immersed in the sounds of the coast.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Charm features integrated reverse-cycle air conditioning for tailored comfort throughout the seasons. Alternatively, the cottage is designed to invite in the cooling Jervis Bay breezes for a natural coastal ambiance.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Luxury linen is provided for Charm. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is plenty of open air parking available and space to park a boat.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?

Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
