Where will I be?
Amber Cottage is a located 2km from the centre of Bowral, easily walked along the Cherry Tree Walk. Bradman Oval, Museum and the International Cricket Hall of Fame, Corbett Gardens, boutique shops, cafes and restaurants are all nearby.

Amber Cottage is ideal for families and friends. This is a comfortable and affordable home that has inviting outdoor spaces and stylish interiors. The north facing window seats in the master bedroom and dining area are perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun and the games room is fun for people of all ages.
How is the property laid out?
Amber Cottage is a single level home. The spacious living area leads into the dining space which features a beautiful window seat - the perfect sun trap to sit back and relax. The large kitchen has an oven, dishwasher and coffee machine that takes Vittoria pods. There are a few steps down into the games room with a pool table an TV. Both decks also have steps to get to the front and back doors. The main bedroom is light-filled and has an ensuite with shower and toilet. The three additional bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?
Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. There is a smart TV, so please bring your own login details for your accounts.
Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If WiFi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Amber Cottage has a fenced yard that is designed for outdoor living. Toast marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit, or enjoy a meal alfresco style on the covered entertainers deck equipped with a BBQ. There is plenty of space for kids and pets to run around.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Amber Cottage is well equipped for year round comfort. There is central heating for the cooler months. There are three split system air conditioning units; one in the living area, one in the master bedroom and one in bedroom 4. Each bedroom also has a pedestal fan.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Amber Cottage supplies all bed linen, sheets and bath towels.
Parking for cars, etc?
Amber Cottage has open air parking for 3 cars.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Amber Cottage is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
- Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
- Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
- Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
What are the minimum stay rules?
Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
