How is the property laid out?
Alba on Manning has a large, open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen, which is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and cook top, opens onto the large, mostly covered balcony. The living area has a smart TV. The main bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite with a shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed, share a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Alba on Manning has a completely private large terrace with glimpses of the ocean. It is the perfect place to dine alfresco or to enjoy a morning coffee, or just lay back on the sun lounges.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Alba on Manning has ducted heating and cooling throughout for year round comfort. You can also open the balcony doors to let in the sea breeze in the warmer months.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is one car parking space in the visitor car park area in the below ground car park at the apartment.

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
