This waterfront cottage is a delightful coastal escape! This property is neat as a pin, with simple open plan living and uninterrupted ocean views. Laze on the deck watching for whales, dolphins or board riders out at sea.

Where will I be?
90 Ocean's Edge is perched on a cliff at Gerroa giving you uninterrupted views across Seven Mile Beach below. Although you can't access the beach directly from the property, you can walk along the headland for 10 minutes to stairs that lead down to the beach. Gerringong is a 7 minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants.
Why choose 90 Ocean's Edge?
90 Ocean's Edge is located on the headland above Seven Mile Beach at Gerroa, within walking distance to the south end of Seven Mile Beach and the Crooked River lagoon. You can hire kayaks from Seven Mile Beach Holiday Park. This property has some of the best views of Seven Mile Beach from the back deck.
How is the property laid out?
90 Ocean's Edge is a single level property but is built up on posts to take advantage of the view. There is a ramp up to the front door.
There are two bedrooms, one queen bedroom which can open up to the open plan dining/living room via the timber shutters. The second bedroom has two king single beds and one trundle bed. There is a bathroom/laundry with shower and washing machine.
The living, dining and kitchen are all open plan with amazing views of the beach.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
This property has a smart TV. Please bring your own login details for streaming services.
What about outdoors?
The grounds at the back of the property are unfenced and open to a reserve. You can walk along the headland at the back of the property and down to the beach. There is also a deck of the living area with chairs, table and gas BBQ.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
90 Ocean's Edge has reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort. Large sliding doors in the living area can be open up to provide ocean breezes in summer.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for up to three cars on the driveway to the left of the house. Please be aware the driveway is a little steep.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

The following could do with some attention: * the wifi does not work (it 'connects' to the network but there is no internet connectivity) * the tv has no reception, so we had to rely on dvd's for the kids * the bathroom works, but could do with an update (and perhaps a dryer) * Cleanliness under furniture is poor - looks like hasn't been vacuumed ever

WOW - the lounge room and master bedroom look out to the most amazing view, a short walk to Gerroa beach, in an old style weatherboard. Inside is dated, it didn't bother us. Everything works. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Good beach towels provided too. Easy check in and out with a key safe.

20plusyrs - 19th January 2020Great small beach house..loved the view, easy access straight to rock platform and beach and the verandah (esp after the neighbour gave us extra chairs) and the classy old furniture. Great quality furniture and beds but appreciated extra lounge as it only had a 3 seater for 4 when we arrived. Don't mind old kitchen but wouldn't stay with mixed group as main bedroom only has shutter doors. Shower room good. Some of the kitchen bits weren't clean but probably due to previous guests. Kitchen well equipped (except grater and needs BBQ brush) We also informed agent of problem with gas leak in BBQ.

Well equipped, even though outside could do with a paint but that would not stop us returning. The lock on front door was a bit tricky and at first thought it wasn't going to open... trust the sea air... My only negative would be seating..... a couple of armchairs added would be perfect.

Sit on the lounge - view. Balcony (with a glass of wine)- view. The cottage is neat, well equipped, in a quite street with plenty of parking. Not total luxury but great value, close to the beach and a great place to relax.
