Capturing ocean views from every corner, this self-contained apartment is the perfect, affordable seaside getaway for two people (plus a small child). A delightful escape from city living! Please also be aware that there is another unit upstairs which may be occupied during your stay.
Summer Season Bookings: 13 Dec 2024 and 23 Jan 2025 - Minimum 7 night booking - Arrival and departure on a Monday. If booking online, please search for vacancies with Monday being the arrival and departure day. Summer Season bookings are most easily made directly with our Bookings Team.
Where will I be?
Alexandra Suite is located just a short walk from the steps which take you onto the northern end of Seven Mile Beach, Gerroa. Gerringong is a 7 minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants or 13 minutes in the other direction is Berry with even more shops, cafes and award winning restaurants.
Why choose Alexandra Suite?
Alexandra Suite is a fully self-contained garden studio apartment. The tiled floor throughout and glass sliding doors beautifully frame the stunning ocean view. There is a lawned garden area with secluded BBQ courtyard and it is easy walking distance to the beach.
How is the property laid out?
Alexandra Suite is a studio apartment. The open plan sleeping area has one queen bed set into a recess at the back of the living area, with a compact ensuite. There is a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV, DVD player and Foxtel. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge.
Please also be aware that there is another unit upstairs which may be occupied during your stay.
What about outdoors?
There is an unfenced grass area and under cover table and chairs at the front of the property with secluded BBQ courtyard around the side.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. The details are noted on the fridge. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-FI is important to you, please have a backup plan.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
Alexandra Suite has reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for one car on the driveway to the right. The left side of the driveway is generally used by the upstairs unit. The garage is locked for owners' use only.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach, Bowral and Kangaroo Valley. The Perfect Getaway!
Lisa B - 9th February 2024Our weekend getaway to this beautiful and well appointed suite, was perfect. Nothing beats the view all the way down the beach and in a minute your in the water. I didn't wear shoes the whole weekend! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looks small in the photos but is well designed to move around with ease. The fully appointed kitchen was also great. Our time there was so relaxing and handy to Sydney that we will definitely be back :-)
Wonderful stay
Rohit S - 15th April 2022We had a great vacation at Alexandra suite - it is exactly as seen in the pictures (maybe even better). The weather wasn't great during our visit but the view made up for it. Plus the owner is very kind and lovely - she baked some delicious cookies for us and we had a very nice chat too. The studio has everything you would need in terms of kitchen appliances (of good quality) and was clean & well maintained. We would surely love to return perhaps during summer months.

The studio is well equipped and the lovely host who lives in a separate section upstairs even baked some cookies for us. Seven Mile Beach is stunning snd Gerringong is only 5min away, Kiama 20min. There is no shortage of kitchen equipment and linen

Hosts are super accommodating and welcoming and property was very clean. Nothing beats the sound of the waves while dozing off to sleep - would definitely recommend.

Views are spectacular, and exactly as shown in the AirB&B listing, and so close to the beach. Very clean and tidy. Great host and the fresh flowers from the garden on arrival were a warm welcome.

ABCD - 6th May 2019Treat yourself to a lovely time with amazing views and quality suite. Tidy and cosy with the lovely owners upstairs. We did bring to their attention that there was a few leaks and the shower nozzle wouldn't stay upright'but they were very helpful in changing out. The only downfall is the noise from upstairs as the kitchen is above the suite.

Great views but a little noise
Guest - 11th April 2018Excellent place to spend some time. Great views and location. Place was clean and tidy but with a few pet lizards that come in. Only downside was although the owners are lovely, they create quite a bit of noise above, as their kitchen is directly above the bedroom. Mostly they were fine but Sunday morning 7am was like a freight train was overhead. You can here everything. sliding doors, drawers opening and closing, things dropped on the ground, foot steps, creaking floorboards etc. This was not a major game breaker for us and we will be back.
