Amazing Views, as its name suggests, has amazing views - actually the best views in Hyams Beach! The large front deck is perfect for catching the vista and makes for great indoor/outdoor living. You feel as if you are on the lookout of a ship! The house is not luxurious, but rather casual and comfortable. It still has many original features, including the bathrooms. Amazing Views is a crowd favourite due to its very fair pricing, setting, tranquil location, easy walk to Chinamans Beach...and of course the views!!!

Where will I be?
The property is at the northern end of the village. It is close to Chinamans Beach and The White Sands Walk that leads to Greenfields and Blenheim beaches.

With separated living spaces, a slow combustion fire, a large deck and beautiful views, this home has a great deal to offer. Located at the quieter end of Hyams Beach, Amazing Views is a perfect holiday home for a relaxing getaway. The modern kitchen overlooking Jervis bay is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee whilst looking out for the passing whales or pods of dolphins.
How is the property laid out?
The downstairs room boasts great views of the Bay, and is the perfect retreat for parents or grandparents offering privacy with a queen size bed, separate bathroom and living area.
Upstairs is the main living area of the house where dining, kitchen and lounge are at the front of the house wrapped around by a large deck. The deck has sensational views and has an outdoor setting and BBQ area. The rear of this level has the upstairs bedrooms, bathroom and laundry, as well as access to the back yard and hills hoist laundry line. Upstairs has one bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with 2 singles.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
Apple TV and a Bose Bluetooth speaker are also provided for your enjoyment. Please bring your own login details for streaming services.
What about outdoors?
Amazing Views has a level backyard that backs on to the bush. The house is set up high and back from the street. The front deck offers up amazing views of the bay and is a great space for outdoor living.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
There is a ceiling fan and a combustion wood fireplace in the living room.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off (and on) street parking for multiple cars. Please be aware the driveway is quite steep.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Amazing Views is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

A slice of heaven
Claire B - 2nd April 2024Amazing Views is the perfect name for this slice of paradise. We absolutely adored our time staying here. Everything you need, without the fuss, in this well-laid out, nicely appointed and incredibly positioned property. We made use of the walking trails, the kids playground and the beach access all within a stone's throw of the house. With a cafe just a 5 minute walk up the road, we enjoyed some chill mornings and th incredible views on a rainy day. Will happily return!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The deck is the best place to be and we spent most of our time there. Also the beach is just 5 mins walk and have some amazingly clear water. Highly recommended.

An awesome view that I could stare at for hours. We had birds visit us on the balcony and it was so peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.
Fantastic house with amazing views. the master bedroom offers some good privacy from the other rooms, house is close to the beach and the local coffee.

Home sweet home indeed!
Bonirose - 19th October 2016This property really made us home sweet home. It was super cozy and it has the most amazing views from the lounge and of course from the balcony. I love how neat this place was and the kitchen was fully equipped with a working oven , dishwasher and the owner provided gas for the bbq, soap for the dishwasher , sponge and dishwashing liquid. Also, they have so many board games as well in the house. We love the fire place and the decor of the house was really classic and authentic. We are already looking forward to go back. The location is perfectly located as it's only a few minutes to many beautiful beaches including the Hyamms Beach - apparently whitest sand in the world.
