Aqua Pure is a stylish, luxurious and spacious beach house with fantastic views across Jervis Bay from most rooms and its large front deck. The house sleeps 9 and is nestled in the tree tops above the village in a lovely, secluded location, yet close enough to walk to the beach and Hyams Beach Cafe. Stay here once and definitely return!
Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.
Where will I be?
Aqua Pure is located on the uphill side of Moonah Road, overlooking the village, Hyams Beach Cafe and Jervis Bay. It is accessed by a fairly steep driveway and is surrounded by natural bushland.

Aqua Pure is notable for its stylish and spacious layout that captures plenty of natural light. It's clever design also gives everyone adequate privacy.
How is the property laid out?
Aqua Pure is a three level house. On the ground level, there is a single car garage, entrance foyer, bunk room, queen bedroom, laundry/shower room, toilet and 2nd bathroom with bath and shower. The second level is the main living area with a very large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a second lounge with fireplace and TV, second toilet, and a large wrap around deck. The third level is occupied by the master bedroom with en-suite and walk in robe.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
There are two gas heaters and a slow combustion wood fire at the property.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please remember to bring your own beach towels!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is a single car garage, with one space immediately behind it. Please park right up against the house as the driveway and turning area is shared with the neighbour.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Yes! Aqua Pure is a pet friendly property on application and subject to the following rules:
- Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
- Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms. This is a not negotiable due to the high quality of furniture, in particular the sofas
- If your dog will be inside at some stage please provide bedding and limit him or her to one area - ideally downstairs
- Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
- Please consider that not all guests bring dogs on holiday and we want everyone to enjoy a clean and fresh home. Please clean up dog hairs or anything else inside the house before your departure
- Please note however that Aqua Pure does not have a secure fence and is situated on a bush block, so pets are to be kept account of at all times - thank you!
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Is there any special information I should know about?
Aqua Pure has gas bottles for cooking and hot water. These are located at the top of the driveway and may need to be switched over from one to the other during your stay.
Who will I be dealing with during my stay?
This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach, Bowral and Kangaroo Valley. Great location and property
Antonio C - 29th January 2024We really enjoyed the property, well presented, great location being a 5 min walk to beach and plenty of room in the house. Three levels with plenty of space for 7 people, large open plan 2nd floor which was so breezy and relaxing, great views of the ocean. Will visit Hyams again and look for a similar property.
Aqua Pure is a beautiful property with stunning views, high standard of finish, amenity and decoration. We stayed with our three children who bunked downstairs while we enjoyed the top level master suite. Highlight of the property is the main level dining and living space with stunning views and open plan kitchen. Walk to the main Hyam beach is short.

The views are stunning, and the home was generously fitted out with everything you could need during your stay - from games, to well equipped kitchen, Sonos speaker and plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the view. Listen to the waves from your comfy bed, a short walk to the beach and cafe. The fire would make this home a perfect spot to get away from it all year round.

A great place for a family vaccination and an amazing property that is very clean, fitted with stylish furniture and thoughtful touches, and plenty of extras that you will be pressed to find in other locations. Definitely would love to holiday here again. Walking distance to the beach too, which is always a bonus!

The only problem was the lack of curtains in the downstairs bedrooms which resulted in a 5.30am wake up both mornings. Would highly suggest the owners give you the option of a sleep in by putting them up for the next visitors. Other than that. I'd def use this house again for our next trip (pending curtains)
Relaxing in Luxury

We were blown away upon entry into the open living space and made use of every room for a warm and comfortable catch up amongst friends. The view from every window was amazing (waking up to watch sunrise from the comfort of the main bed was a personal favourite) and the proximity to the beach was excellent. As an LGBT person I especially appreciated the pride event flyers on display as this made me feel safe and included.

The house has enough room for both group situations and alone time. The house is also super clean, which is very refreshing! Can't wait to stay again!
Fabulous Holiday Home
Cathy - 8th November 2017We had a fabulous 4 day minibreak at Moonah 5. Perfect for a family of 4, with plenty of space to relax and take in the stunning views, and the master bedroom in particular had the wow factor in this respect. It was just a 5-6 minute walk down to the beach and cafe, and lovely and quiet being off the main road amongst the trees. The weather turned cool and overcast while we were there, but the gas heaters and fireplace kept us nice and cosy. Thanks for a great time, we loved it !

Mandi - 3rd February 2017We loved our stay at 5 Moonah! The position in the trees with the sea view was relaxing and calming. Thanks to Holiday Collection for letting us have a late check-out! The only negatives were lack of privacy in main bedroom - no door as part of the house design and there should be an extra gas canister as running out of gas mid dinner is not fun (lucky for us the neighbour helped out with his gas - Thx Ron!)

We enjoyed walks along the beautiful white sands of Hyams Beach and sipping wine on the deck while watching the full moon rise over the ocean, it doesn't get much better than this. Great house.

The upstairs bedroom is perfect for parents to retreat to and the bunk room a perfect space for kids. A special place for a break.
