Girls weekendDominica Charlton - 30th October 2022
We absolutely loved our time at this house . It suited us perfectly for bedrooms , dining options, the gorgeous gardens and the lovely ambience of the property. I was impressed by the correspondence from the agent, the ease of checking into the house and how wonderful we all felt when we explored our home for the weekend. I would love to visit again.

Wonderful weekend in the Southern Highlands.Helen Bessey - 27th May 2022
Celebrating a special birthday we stayed at this comfortable, spacious home. We were 'lords and ladies of the manor' for the weekend. Three generations enjoyed the ambiance of the house and explored the fabulous grounds together. Well equipped with room to spread out - absolutely recommended.
Amazing building, property, atmosphereColleen Townsend - 19th March 2022
Omg what a house, from the gates at the entrance to the chandeliers and furnishings this accommodation did not disappoint. The grounds were amazing walking them early in the morning with the fog just lifting was a postcard picture. We are a big family and needed the space for three generations so we could attend our daughters wedding. So magical for her to get ready here Everything we needed was in the house from towels, coffee machine. To games and a cubby for the grandkids
Another return visitDeborah - 28th February 2022
As always, Aylmerton House provided all the ambience of a beautiful country home, of the size to hold 12 of us inclusive of the self-contained cottage and outbuilding with twins. It was so lovely to see that the grounds are being developed further with English gardens, focal points and a Japanese styled section for contemplation.
Just amazing!Nina Lord - 28th December 2021
I booked this house thinking that it looked nice from the photos and suited our bedding needs. The photos don't do it justice. It is the most beautiful house you can imagine. We felt so comfortable and at home, the beds were really comfortable and the grounds were just beautiful. I had asked for an early check-in so I could organise a Christmas tree but on arrival the house had been decorated with a gorgeous fresh tree and tasteful, lovely decorations in every room. Highly recommend

What a great stay in the Southern Highlands. Aylmerton House is a great location for a group vacation. Beautiful old rambling house - spacious, comfortable, country-life. Well located for touring Mittagong, Bowral and the rest of the highlands. We'll be back again sometime.
Great Long Weekend LocationGregory Incoll - 29th March 2021
We had an extended stay at Aylmerton House for our daughter's wedding in the Southern Highlands. The house was fantastic.. In particular, beds and hot water were good, great outdoor dining/BBQ/combustion fire and lots of fireplaces in the house. Bocce court was a real winner. Kitchen was well appointed and the grounds were gorgeous.

We had an awesome time at Aylmerton House, perfect for our group of adults, with enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably together or have some time away. The gardens are gorgeous, roses in full bloom smelt divine. The outdoor courtyard area was perfect for entertaining. The beds all comfy and showers hot. The house was oozing old world charm. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Beautiful spaceJulia - 18th August 2019
We loved everything about the house, except one of the rooms outside, which is definitely not suitable for winter. Our friends had to move bc of how cold it was + dusty
Great property for a weekend getawayJames - 2nd July 2019
This was a great weekend away with friends. The house has excellent facilities and a good selection of outdoor games. With the wood burning stove and a couple of fireplaces, it was a great winter retreat. There isn't much around the local area. However, the house has everything you need.
