Where will I be?
Banksia by the Sea is located within walking distance of the beach and cafe in Gerroa. Gerringong is a seven minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants or 13 minutes in the other direction is Berry with even more shops, cafes and award winning restaurants.

Banksia by the Sea is a perfect base to enjoy Gerroa and surrounds. The property is exceptionally neat and has a private outdoor area with sun chairs, BBQ and outdoor table where you can enjoy soaking up the sun or cooking a meal on the BBQ. The property has everything you need for a holiday by the beach!
How is the property laid out?
Banksia by the Sea is the rear villa in a two-villa complex, which has a private entrances accessed by external stairs.
Banksia by the Sea is a modern, single level house with a fully equipped kitchen. The property is immaculately presented and has two bedrooms - one with queen bed, and one with a bunk bed and one trundle bed. The house has an open plan living/dining area with a comfortable sofa, TV with streaming services and air conditioning. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is one bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet.
Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?
Banksia by the Sea has a private courtyard with outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and elevated deck area to enjoy the sun!

Banksia by the Sea has air conditioning, and the lounge room windows can be opened up to let in ocean breezes in summer.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is one off-street park in front of the single garage on the right hand side of the dwelling. The guest does not have access to the garage.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Banksia by the Sea is not pet friendly. Please contact us for some pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

The house is very close to the beautiful seven miles beach. The sunset view from the living room is magnificent. We were happy with our stay.
