Beach Perfect is a stunning, modern 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with fantastic indoor outdoor options, and private, direct access to Culburra Beach. The whole upper level of the house is a generous master bedroom suite, complete with a freestanding bath that has beautiful ocean views. This luxurious home has many entertaining areas, a media room and a fully equipped gym room.

Changeover day for the coming peak season is xxxx. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Where will I be?
Beach Perfect is accessed via a quiet cul de sac road, and sits right on Culburra Surf Beach, with direct access through the coastal vegetation to the beach! The house is also only a few minutes drive from everything you need - grocery store, shops, cafes, bowling club and restaurants.

This stylish and spacious home has a rare configuration of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 4 of which are en-suites. The house also has direct beach access, plenty of deck areas and a fully equipped gym.
How is the property laid out?
Beach Perfect has three different levels, laid out as follows:
The upstairs level is occupied by the huge master bedroom suite, complete with free standing bath overlooking the ocean, a side deck and an ocean facing deck. Whoever gets this room will stay in style!
A mezzanine level of the house has two queen bedrooms, each with a shower / toilet en-suite. There is also a shared sitting room on this level.
The main living area has lovely, open plan kitchen, dining and loung area that connects with a covered deck and the lawn to the ocean side of the block. There is also a fantastic alfresco area for a windy or wet day, that adjoins the living area. This level also has a good sized shared bathroom, and a queen bedroom with en-suite, the gym, a 5th / queen bedroom and a media room.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
The Cape has multiple decks and outdoors spaces off the living rooms and bedrooms. French doors and large bi-fold doors open to the deck area with table and chairs. The inground pool has stunning views over the fully fenced backyard and ocean. The lawn area is a good size and features a fire pit as well. There are 2 BBQ’s - a Webber Style and a larger Ziegler & Brown Turbo. You can roast in both.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking on the driveway behind a secured gate for 3 vehicles. The lock up garage is not for guest use, sorry.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of pet friendly options, of which we have many.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
