Bellevue at Hyams is a spectacular, spacious beach house designed to take full advantage of its extra wide frontage - directly overlooking the white sands of the main beach. The home has been completely renovated in 2023 from top to toe and now boasts 5 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. A stunning swimming pool has also been added, complete with a wet bar!
Situated behind the cafe in Hyams Beach, this fantastic beach front house allows complete privacy away from the crowds, yet at the same time, you have the most central location in the village!

Where will I be?
Bellevue at Hyams is very centrally located in the village, immediately behind the Hyams Beach Cafe. Due to its long driveway, it still enjoys privacy and tranquility behind a secure gate, and stands atop the cliffs that separate Little Hyams Beach from main beach. The private stairs lead to the northern end of the main beach for your to enjoy the full 2.5km stretch of white sand.

Bellevue at Hyams is an immaculate, totally renovated and luxuriously appointed house that captures fantastic 180 degree views over Jervis Bay. There are also large covered decks and a lovely lawn from which views of the main beach can be enjoyed from your commanding position over the bay.
How is the property laid out?
Bellevue at Hyams is set over one level. The front door leads straight into a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with stunning views over Jervis Bay. There are 1 king, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, all with ensuites, a totally separate 5th bedroom with 1 queen and 1 king singles and private bathroom. And there is a 6th guest bathroom as well. The layout is fantastic, as per the floor plan provided.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
This property has a smart TV. Please bring your own login details for streaming services.
What about outdoors?
Bellevue at Hyams has lovely lawn areas and a wrap around, tiled patio complete with a large outdoor dining area, perfect for alfresco dining.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Bellevue at Hyams is equipped with ducted air conditioning for year round comfort.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Luxury linen and bath towels are provided at Bellevue at Hyams. Please however bring your own beach towels.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Parking is off the street behind a secure gate, with garage parking for one car and open air parking for four cars.
Is my cat or dog also welcome to stay?
Bellevue at Hyams is strictly not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

This beach house has many superlative attributes, but by far the greatest of these is its location directly on the white sand on Hyams Beach.
Alex - 25th November 2024We spent a week at Bellevue on a family holiday, with ages ranging from 9 to 74. Everybody loved it. The kids had a blast snorkeling directly in front of the house, while the grandparents were delighted to have direct, hassle-free access to the beach. At low tide, we went on long walks right to the naval base at the end. We saw dolphins every day. The highlight for me was leaving the doors open at night and drifting off to the sound of waves lapping at the shore. Bellevue is exactly what a beach house should be: simple and easy to use. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could possibly need. It’s actually much better than ours at home and made us jealous. The wifi is fast enough for the kids and their games. The beds are luxurious. The bathrooms are five stars. The pool is delicious. I doubt we’ll ever find a better beach house. Highly recommend.

Lindley - 20th October 2024The views and location are incredible, and it is light, spacious, and well laid out. There are plenty of different communal spaces to eat and drink, lounge around, have conversations, and do outdoor activities. It is well suited to multiple couples/families as everyone can also have their own space if they want to be alone for a bit. The property is beautifully decorated and well-appointed and everything you need is there ensuring you have a great experience and a holiday break to remember. I highly recommend.
From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are in paradise
Merle - 17th October 2024The house itself is absolutely fabulous - the living area is huge and yet it feels super homely. There were 7 of us for the weekend and it felt so spacious and inviting. The kitchen is a knockout with excellent appliances and we could all bustle about with plenty of room. The bedrooms are fabulous and each has its own bathroom so uber comfortable. The view is exceptional - you have an unfettered view of the entire bay and sitting sipping champagne on the patio is a special treat, or as some of us did, you can hang out in the pool and gaze at the view. The world-famous white sands are literally on your doorstep, and each morning we'd go for a walk on the beach and then a swim in the safe, clear waters - the weekend could not have been at a better location.

A Wonderful house and relaxed stay

The house is equipped with everything you need and the pool and direct access to the beach was perfect for the whole family. We had three families and there was plenty of space to not feel like you were on top of eachother. We absolutely loved staying anr Bellevue and are very grateful for the stay. We are already looking at dates to book again.
