Berry Bliss is a tastefully renovated home, within walking distance of the train station, Berry town centre and the showgrounds. It is stylishly furnished, very well equipped and has three deluxe bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two singles. The home has lovely garden areas and in summer, the pool is a huge bonus. Berry Bliss is a perfect home for a relaxing weekend away, or as a base to explore all that this beautiful town and region has to offer!

Where will I be?
Berry Bliss is located in right in the heart of Berry, near the showgrounds. When the markets are on, they are almost on your doorstep, or if you want to go to a local cafe or restaurant, you can walk to town for a meal or a night out.
Why choose Berry Bliss?
Berry Bliss oozes charm, comfort, authenticity and luxury. The house has fantastic proportions and plenty of natural light, and in many ways, is a quintessential Berry home. Furnishings, bedding and equipment are of a very high standard, and the pool is a great feature as well.
How is the property laid out?
Berry Bliss is laid out on one level with three bedrooms towards the front of the house, a shared bathroom, extra toilet near the laundry, and a lovely open plan kitchen, living and dining room that spills out to the pool deck. The bedrooms are queen bed, queen bed, and two single beds. A floor plan is provided to show the exact layout of the house and property.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Berry Bliss has a lovely covered entrance porch with church pews to sit on, a pool deck and fenced pool area, and lovely front, side and rear gardens. A small cubby house is also available for use by the kids.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Berry Bliss has an effective gas heater in the living room that heats the property in the cooler months. There are also an electric fireplace in the lounge room and in the main bedroom. In summer, the home can be opened up to let in fresh air or to catch any available breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towel however!
Parking for cars?
There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Try to find a carer for your pets, so that you can enjoy this spectacular property, but if that is not possible, please contact us for a list of our pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
