Berry Bliss is a tastefully renovated home, within walking distance of the Berry town centre or showgrounds. It is stylishly furnished, very well equipped and has three deluxe queen bedrooms. The home has lovely garden areas and in summer, the pool is a huge bonus. Berry Bliss is a perfect home for a relaxing weekend away, or as a base to explore all that this beautiful town and region has to offer!

Where will I be?
Berry Bliss is located in right in the heart of Berry, near the showgrounds. When the markets are on, they are almost on your doorstep, or if you want to go to a local cafe or restaurant, you can walk to town for a meal or a night out.
Why choose Berry Bliss?
Berry Bliss oozes charm, comfort, authenticity and luxury. The house has fantastic proportions and plenty of natural light, and in many ways, is a quintessential Berry home. Furnishings, bedding and equipment are of a very high standard, and the pool is a great feature as well.
How is the property laid out?
Berry Bliss is laid out on one level with three bedrooms towards the front of the house, a shared bathroom, extra toilet near the laundry, and a lovely open plan living / dining / kitchen room that spills out to the pool deck. A floor plan is provided to show the exact layout of the house and property.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix and Pay TV - will I have it?
Berry Bliss has complimentary WiFi. Whilst the service is generally reliable, it cannot be 100% guaranteed and no compensation will be paid if WiFi is faulty.If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
What about outdoors?
Berry Bliss has a lovely covered entrance porch with church pews to sit on, a pool deck and fenced pool area, and lovely front, side and rear gardens. A small cubby house is also available for use by the kids.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Berry Bliss has an effective gas heater in the living room that heats the property in the cooler months. In Summer, the home can be opened up to let in fresh air or to catch any available breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towel however!
Parking for cars?
There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Try to find a carer for your pets, so that you can enjoy this spectacular property, but if that is not possible, please contact us for a list of our pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Who will I be dealing with during my stay?
This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral. We have over 270 properties in Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, Hyams Beach and the Southern Highlands. We offer guests 7 x 24 customer service - emergency calls only after hours, please.

Beautiful cottage in a very convenient location
Elisa Tan - 23rd October 2023We were 4 adults and 2 kids and the cottage was really quaint and charming. It was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to test out the pool but we really enjoyed lazing in the backyard. The kids absolutely adored the cubby house and the extra toys which kept them well occupied. The cottage is conveniently located 5mins walk from Berry town centre in a nice quiet street.

We were a bit concerned with a bit of a cold snap that took hold as we arrived, as one of our main goals was to utilise the pool. I was very pleased to find the pool had heating in place and this made for a terrific few days away from the craziness of the city. Down on the coast it’s very hard to find just a 3 bedroom house or even a 2 bedroom with a swimming pool and a nice one at that. So if your looking for one I have a very good recommendation, Berry Bliss in Berry NSW. The house itself is gorgeous & the pool is superb. You will be very happy with this one.

Gorgeous home in the heart of Berry that we absolutely loved! Really lovely indoor and outdoor areas with a fantastic pool. Shame we didn't have more sunny weather to enjoy the pool more, we'll just have to come back again one day!
