Where will I be?
Blanca Beach House 2 is only minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay! The bike path that leads to Huskisson is also close by. The local shops are within a few minutes drive, as are the towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach. There is also a boat ramp at Plantation Point is around 500 metres from the house.

Blanca Beach House 2 is a brand new home designed for beach living. The home is modern and spacious and has quality inclusions such as induction cooking, BBQs, 3 bedrooms (1 with ensuite) and laundry. The property doesn't have carpet so is considered hypoallergenic. And, for those guests with EVs there is a 3 phase multiport charger next to the garage. Guests will enjoy staying in this premium property so close to the beaches!
How is the property laid out?
Blanca Beach House 2 is the left hand side, upstairs unit of a duplex building. Enter the unit at the front of the dwelling and walk up the stairs. Enter the open plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens to a balcony where guests can enjoy views of Jervis Bay! Continue down the hall to the king bedroom with ensuite, and the 2 queen bedrooms, and shared bathroom.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.
There is a large Samsung smart TV in the lounge room. Please bring your own login details for streaming services.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Blanca Beach House 2 is ideally located within minutes of several beaches. If you prefer to enjoy the outdoor area of the property, there is a balcony accessed from the living area with views to Jervis Bay, and has outdoor dining and a BBQ.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Blanca Beach House 2 has air conditioning and heating in each lounge room and all bedrooms.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Blanca Beach House 2 supplies sheets and towels. Please bring your own beach towel however.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Blanca Beach House 2 has an a 3 phase multiport charger next to the garage for EVs.
There is shared parking for 2 cars on the driveway, as well as free parking on the street.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Blanca Beach House 2 is not a pet friendly property.
Is there any special information I should know about?
Please be aware that there is a security camera on the roof overlooking the front council driveway only. This will not impact your privacy at all and is purely for security purposes when the house is vacant.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
