This magnificent home is an award-winning fully automated smart home with high-end luxury features including a heated lap pool and spa. This configuration of the house has access to the top 2 levels of luxury living - loads of space for large groups! The top level is open plan living and dining, and floor-to-ceiling windows capture the breathtaking views to Werri Beach and the Pacific Ocean. With an impressive outdoor area that includes a heated lap pool, outdoor dining and BBQ area, sun lounges, and lawn with a fire pit, Bunker House is the ultimate, luxurious beach house just 90 minutes from Sydney.

Bunker House for Small Groups is available from May to the end of August. This configuration includes use of 1 bedroom and the top two levels of the house, with the use of any additional bedroom incurring an additional two hundreds dollars per night. It does not include access to the gym or sauna.

Where will I be?

Bunker House has the prime location in Gerringong being just a stone's throw away from Werri Beach and a short 8 minute stroll to Gerringong village and its local cafes and restaurants. There's plenty to see and do around the local area, including bushwalking, surfing, and kayaking, as well as numerous beautiful local wineries and pristine golf courses. The famous Berry is a 15 minute drive.

How is the property laid out?

Bunker House for Small Groups is a very modern full automated house with access to the two highest levels. The top level is open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen includes a butler's pantry, coffee machine, 2 ovens, and cooktop. This level opens to the large outdoor area with heated lap pool, entertaining area including lounges and outdoor dining, as well as a grassed area with sun lounges and fire pit.

On the second level, there is the master bedroom with private balcony, and ensuite with bathtub and shower. There are four additional queen bedrooms on this level, all with ensuites and TVs. There is an additional living area with TV, and a covered verandah with hot tub!

The ground floor is unavailable to guests who book 5 bedrooms or less.

What about outdoors?

There are multiple outdoor entertaining areas at Bunker House. The large outdoor entertaining deck is located off the upstairs living area and includes the swimming pool, BBQ, outdoor dining table and chairs, and lounge area. There is also a grassed area with sun lounges and a fire pit. On the second level there is a covered outdoor deck where the spa is located, as well as a private balcony accessed from the master bedroom.

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

Bunker House has ducted air conditioning and heating, as well as a gas fireplace in the living room on the top level.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Pillows, blankets, doonas, luxury linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Please do not park close to the garage door as this is a tilt garage door and can damage your car if it is parked too close.
