Wonderful April break

The house was perfect. The weather was wonderful, The beds and the bedding were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook some lovely meals. The outdoor hot shower was a bonus after being on the beach. It was great to be able to use the garage. Having condiments in the kitchen and laundry detergent was an added bonus. Really had a magical time. Thank you.

5 stars, great place, would stay again

Great location and lovely holiday house. It was great for the three families who all had toddlers / babies. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. The play room with all the toys was loved by our little ones.

Serious Luxury and Restoration

Fabulous Stay at Coast at Hyams

Coast at Hyams is an amazing property for a family stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the house and furnishings are comfortable and modern. The beds are comfy and the kids love the bunk beds! It's a short 2 minute stroll to the cafe and beach so it's in a great position. One of the best things about this property is the hot/cold outdoor shower, this is exactly what you need after a day at the beach! This is our second stay here and we'd definitely come back!

Wonderful Weekend

The house was lovely. We stayed with another family and there was plenty of room for us all. It was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Love this Property!!

We stayed for two nights, three couples and a handful of kids and everyone absolutely loved this house!! High ceilings, big glass door that opens out to a gorgeous view of tall trees. Everything was perfect, we hope to stay again! Highly recommend

Beach and Tranquility

We absolutely love this place and have been returning so often we have lost count… The beaches at hyams are what dreams are made of and this property nestled in the canopy of booderee national park is a perfect haven in the ideal position to enjoy it all from. The kids love the bunk beds and the daily visits by various wildlife. Just a gorgeous setting. Craig and the team do a fantastic job - which reminds me to book our stay for next year!

Amazing position! Very comfortable for our extended family to enjoy some time together. Loved the outdoor shower. Lots of wildlife at your door here too - kangaroos and a resident echidna.

The house is amazing. Its spacious, 1 min walk to the cafe and 2 min walk to the beach. Great location. We all felt very comfortable at this house, just like at home. Would love to come back again very soon!

Lovely place to stay at Hyams Beach. We were a group of six and the three bathrooms were a bonus to our stay. It is a great house with a lovely outlook and great living space.

Beautiful home, well appointed and a few minutes from the beach. Furniture and bedding are all newish and well maintained so very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. Pretty much perfect (no maid).

An absolutely fabulous property! Coast at Hyams is immaculate, a great home to relax, unwind, and enjoy Hyams.

Great location

This property is well located: 2 minutes walk to the water. The swimming pool is great for young kids as it has two levels of depth. The living room is spacious and the rooms have a lot of cupboards. The spa was not heating up during our stay but it was not a big issue for us. I'm sure the property manager will fix it. One outdoor umbrella also needs to be replaced. The sunday 4pm check out is fantastic!! the kitchen is well equiped. There is a Nespresso machine so don't forget to bring your pods. There is market place with a woollies close by (10' drive). The shared property with the other house "Shorelines" is a good idea and if you have 10-14 people, you can rent both properties to have a great holiday.

Stunning House

Great location within easy walk to Hyams Beach and cafe. Stunning house was the highlight of our short family getaway. Abundant space for our 5 adult guests, but would also suit younger children with a great downstairs playroom. Felt spoilt with the oversized layout, fancy kitchen, beautiful lighting, full sliding dining room doors to balcony with retractable fly screens and hot/cold outside shower. Only downside would of been the early morning traffic from the main road outside the front main bedrooms. Apart from that we would have liked to have stayed longer and would definitely come back.

Superb

Hey Kylie, the house was just superb. Kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of lounge space for everyone. The bedrooms are really lovely. However, please fix the asphalt bump at the top of our driveway - all of our cars scraped it quite badly coming in and out. Was a great stay otherwise though! Thank you for everything.

Amazing home

What a beautiful space, perfect for our family holiday of 7 adults and 2 children. Everything in this house was quality down to the knives and forks. Functional kitchen, double ovens, everything you could need. Very close walk to the beach and cafe . We would definitely stay again

Beautiful home in a stunning spot

We had an amazing weekend at this house. The ocean view is beautiful and calming, it's an easy two minute walk to the beach, the interior is clean and well maintained, the kitchen is well stocked and the backyard (with spa!) is great to relax in. We'll definitely be back.

This was a beautiful house and in a great location, with easy walk to the beach and able to see the ocean. We stayed here with a family of 16 and had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend.

This is great house for holding a retreat for adults or a getaway for a few families! The house is spacious, with multiple living room areas, and an incredible kitchen that has all the cooking utensils you could need! It's a stylish space, was very clean on arrival and communication with the host was always prompt and full of accurate information. The beach was a 2min stroll away and the cafe

Great place to go with a big group.

Great place to go with a big group. It can accommodate various families , has all amenities that are needed and 2 walk to the Hyams Beach Cafe, quick stroll to a playground and the beach ! Great bbq and a stunning view for having breakfast while watching the sunrise ! Would definitely go back !

Great for Families

This wonderful house as just what we hoped for for our family gathering. Hyams Beach could not have been more idyllic, and the price made our stay here very easy to enjoy. 2 separate areas also added to the overall comfort.

Great big group accomodation

Fantastic place for a big group or a few large families, only a short walk to the beautiful beach and the view from the deck is awesome! We saw a whale while having lunch! The house had plenty of space for the kids to run around and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates etc. Will definitely be staying here again.

Super Location and great unit with a Pool

This is one of the best locations that you can find in Hyams Beach considering how busy it is when you go there. Also, the parking could be a nightmare if you drive in and due to the proximity to the beach which is literally 30 seconds from the beach it is ideal holiday location. The unit is super nice and also has a pool which can be accessed from within the unit and from outside just in case you dont want to dirty the unit after your return from the beach. The 2 bedrooms are quite a reasonable size but not large, the lounge and dining are quite big and the kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The Unit has a TV in the lounge and one of the bedrooms and a little outdoor area with beach umbrella for having breakfast outside. Overall this is a great unit, great location and well worth the money.

Wonderful Hyams Beach

The house is modern, comfortable and well designed and appointed. The airconditioning on a really hot day is a blessing. And while it is not on Cyrus St, nothing in Hyams beach is too far from the water. Not having a pool did not detract from the house. Three small criticisms 1. there is no remote for the garage so on arriving / departing home you have to jump out of the car go through the house open close the roller door 2. There is no second key (not allowed apparently) be prepared to have to put arrangements in place if your wife needs to go shopping and wants to take the keys 3. No beach umbrella.

Gorgeous Home, Stunning Location

Highly Recommend this amazing home. Beautiful quality right down to the cutlery. The home itself is an interesting and clever design. We had the most relaxing time, played a million of the games provided. And enjoyed exploring by day and relaxing by the fire at night. Perfect for a group of friends or family. Excellent place for a weekend getaway!

I recently spent the weekend at this property with 5 friends and had the most amazing time! The agents were very responsive and easy to deal with in the lead up to our stay. The house itself was stunning. A lot more spacious than the pictures depict, so we were pleasantly surprised. It was a shame the jaccuzzi wasn't warm (same temperature as the pool, not heated) as the instructions on the fridge said it was 32*C and the button on the wall looked broken. Might just need updating (admittedly, we didn't contact the agent as we had minimal phone reception and ended up spending most of our time at the beach anyway, which was only 100m down the road. Not a big deal in the scheme of things). Beds were super comfy, and the living, dining and kitchen areas were perfect for what we needed. Would definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location

My husband and I just spent a fabulous week end on Hyams Beach, even if the weather wasn't always the best ! the house was very clean and pleasant and the location, right across a fabulous cafe was perfect, we had our 2 breakfast and 2 diners there ! 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Hyams beach, perfect for a walk and a nice swim. The bed was comfortable and bed linen very pretty (being French, I'm sensitive to this !!). So, the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because there is no wifi in the house or in the cafe, the phone connection is very poor, so I know this is a problem in Australia and coming from France and from the US we are very spoiled with a very fast and efficient Internet. I know we are supposed to do digital break once in a while, but not being able to reach my kids who are in school in the US was a little frustrating. I'm not sure there something to do about it and it was ok for a week end, I couldn't do a full week without wifi ! Aside from this, we had the best time and if we lived in Sydney on a permanent basis, we would definitely go back !! Thank you very much I will highly recommend your company to my friends !

Beautiful beachside holiday

We really lucked out on this place! It's just a short stroll to the most beautiful beach in the world, and across the road from a gorgeous little caf that serves great food and coffee. The facilities were great, the place was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely fantastic house

My partner and I spent 3 amazing days at the house located right across from the Hyams cafe. This house is excellent value and it was located perfectly close to everything. Thank you from one happy customer.

Fabulous, fabulous

In simple words this house is fabulous! Every corner is taken care of, superb, arranged and organised with professional designer/architect eye; quality of everything in the house is excellent - from bedding to kitchenware and everything in between. All windows and openings have a special treat, beautiful view (sky, garden, water), that changes color during the hours of the day. We were 4 couples from Sydney having a fantastic time in the house as the weather was not very generous. Only nuisance was bad reception and no Internet, so be aware. This is the ONLY reason why I do not give 5 star overall.

Perfect and just absolute stunning location!

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights and it was just one of the most perfect getaway I could ask for. Fantastic view from the balcony and bedroom, quiet and stunning location, great facilities, cafe just infront of the house and a 5 minute walk to the beach. I normally don't write reviews but for this stunning house, I had to write one- we recommend this to everyone!

Great get away spot, clean & relaxing. Close to the beautiful beach and very friendly staff members at the local caf. Stayed twice and will be back. Great for big groups.

Amazing

We had an amazing week here at Hyams even though the weather wasn't the best throughout the week, we enjoyed and loved every moment. The kids LOVED the bunk rooms and play rooms! our family very much enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back very soon. Thanks again, Linnaro and family

Great Location and Comfort

Would definitely stay at this place again! location is great only a 1 minute walk from the Hyam's beach entrance. Very relaxed environment, facilities were modern, Kitchen and bathroom very clean and new. Regret not staying longer!

Fabulous location

We had a great weekend! The house has a well equipped kitchen with BBQ. The upper lounge opens onto deck overlooking the water which was lovely. We had 14 staying, 3 families, and found bedding arrangements easy although the bunks were a little unsteady and I would hesitate to put an adult or large child on top bunk. The house was clean and tidy on arrival and easy to maintain. Overall we had a wonderful weekend and I would definitely stay again.

Great Location, Lovely House

My Husband and I had a fantastic stay at this well appointed house. It was clean and comfortable with a great deck to enjoy the view from. The house is located right across the road from beautiful Hyams Beach. We had a wonderful, relaxing week and hope to return next year.

We booked a long weekend here and it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. Everything feels new and well maintained. The location is great, it's very peaceful and a few mins walk to Hyams beach. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch the view. I would definitely book again.
