Coastline is also just a short stroll to a picturesque headland and Boat Harbour, with it's beautiful ocean pool.

Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023)
The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Tuesday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us.
Where will I be?
Coastline is very centrally located in Gerringong, with shops, cafes and restaurants all just a five minute walk away and Gerringong's Boat Harbour only a ten minute walk from the house. Drive five minutes north to Werri Beach or five minutes south to the famous Seven Mile Beach at Gerroa.

Why choose Coastline?
Coastline is a brand new house with modern fixtures. It is in a great central location, close to town and the beaches. With three queen beds, it is suitable for three couples.
How is the property laid out?
Coastline is a double storey house. There are three queen bedrooms, all with blockout blinds. The main bedroom is downstairs and has a walk in wardrobe and ensuite with hobless shower, vanity and toilet. Also downstairs is a tiled living area with TV, three seater lounge, a laundry with washer and dryer and separate toilet and a double garage with internal access.
The other two bedrooms are upstairs, as is themain bathroom with toilet, vanity, hobless shower and deep set bath. There is also an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with wooden floor boards throughout, access to a balcony, and a dining table seating six.
The kitchen is a family kitchen with gas hotplate, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, sandwich press.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
Coastline provides complimentaryWiFi and a password is available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Off the downstairs living area is a paved and enclosed courtyard and off the upstairs living area is a balcony, with dining table which seats six.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Coastline has two remote control heaters for winter and portable fans for summer.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking in the garage for twocars and off street, open air parking for onecar on the driveway.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Spacious, modern home located near the best of everything that Gerringong has to offer. Water views and only a short stroll to the shops and my favourite cafe (The Deli). We had really hot weather when we visited and, although the sea breeze was beautiful, we really did notice the lack of ceiling fans/air-con. All in all a great place to stay though.
Modern and well appointed place in a good location, close to all that Gerringong has to offer. Communication from the host was great and check in seamless. This isn't negative feedback per se, but just something to be mindful of when booking- the place has very limited cooking utensils, so you may want to think about bringing something if you plan on cooking at home (one large frying pan and a very small pot in average condition). Also, keep an eye on the weather before you go. Granted we visited during a very hot weekend, but with no air conditioning and the 4 fans provided not offering much of a reprieve, we left a day earlier than expected. The top floor where the three bedrooms, lounge and kitchen are located feels like a stifling glass house. A great place in cooler weather though, I'm sure.
Negative: There is no aircon and very poor on supplies. Not enough towels in bathrooms. No shampoo or conditioner. No kitchen towels. Missing on all essential supplies which you expect to be provided in such places.Positive: The place and location is very good.

This place is an excellent holiday home for a family or for up to 6 adults. The layout with two bed-rooms, living area, kitchen and dining upstairs is bright and airy and a great area for the family to be. While the ground floor area with the master bedroom, ensuite with walk-in robe provides a sense of isolation and respite for parents :) The fittings and furnishings were excellent, with we absolutely loved the showers. Access is easy with parking in the driveway, and is definitely the best choice of holiday homes on the street. Great views from the upstairs living area with its large windows and balcony, with a well stocked kitchen with good appliances, utensils and cutlery. The only drawback we found was the lack of air-conditioning - it was quite warm, and the two pedestal fans that were provided came in very handy for the upstairs rooms at night. A third fan for the the third bedroom would be a useful addition, as would one for the living area. But overall a classy very clean and tidy holiday home that we may well come back to again!

This property is in a perfect location only a quick walk to the main row of shops in Gerringong and a short drive to the beach. The property is immaculate and clean. Its also such a peaceful quiet area. Also communication and key pick up/drop off was easy and effortless. Well definitely be coming back
