Very well equipped, bedding is comfortable, and ideal place in Gerroa for a group of 10. Loved it.

Happy Family Weekend

Our extended family got together at Freshwater Gerroa and had a wonderful time. Great views, very well equipped kitchen with lots of everything you could need. Different floor levels caught out a few family members from children to oldies, but overall the home was lovely and comfortable.

Beautiful property & location

We loved Freshwater Gerroa. The house was wonderful and very suitable for my aging father-in -law. He had the choice of sitting on the verandah or in the lounge room and he was able to still watch all of us. The view is spectacular.

Awesome Holiday place

The Freshwater holiday house is awesome. We had two families stay and there was plenty of room accommodating 5 adults and 5 children. It is two houses, two kitchens and 2 bathrooms plus a laundry with another bathroom. Everything you could think of was supplied. Games for the kids, books and DVD's. The location is excellent, across the road from the water. Great swimming for young and old. Highly recommend this holiday rental.

A great family holiday

My family had a wonderful few days at Freshwater which was highly suited to the variety of age groups. Having a few different spaces that could be used to play, to read or just to watch TV was so good. The view is breathtaking and we all appreciated the very spacious house and cottage. Everything we need in the kitchen was there and who would love three bathrooms? We were hoping to come back for the Easter weekend next year but it’s already booked. A great place for a family holiday.

Great escape for multiple familys

The house was huge and well set up for multiple families in terms of separate living and sleeping areas. Also very impressed with the kitchen in terms of all the bowls, plates, cookware, knifes etc including lots of salt, pepper etc. Smart tv was easy to use and log in to Netflix, Disney etc to keep the kids happy at night and beautiful view from the windows and deck! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Relaxing “Home away from home” with sea views

“Freshwater” was as described in the promo material and so much more! Spectacular views of the beach and inlet were revealed when the blinds were raised. Our group of five ladies immediately felt at home. The house is well appointed but has a very relaxing feel to it. It would be perfect for two families with the separate flat off the balcony. We were lucky to get fine weather in amongst all the rain and enjoyed relaxing on the deck and long walks up the beach. A perfect weekend away. Thankyou!

Amazing home

We are a family of 10 who like to holiday together, this home was perfect for our needs with plenty of open space, a covered outdoor section, & room for all, the 3 bathrooms are a bonus, with laundry facilities appreciated. The location just across the road from the beach is great , & there is a short walk to the beach access, the view is outstanding! We all like to cook, so really appreciated that the kitchens had plenty of oven trays, saucepans, utensils etc. we all had a great time !

What a lovely appointed house for a family holiday. The views and the access to the beach make for a relaxed no fuss holiday. There is plenty of space for chillin.

Had a great break second visit

We had six adults with 4 grandkids. Bedrooms suited our group perfectly. Beach and water across the road. Good coffee shop a short walk away.. less than two hours from Sydney

Always a great location and house . Side stairs are unsafe and were broken in arrival . I have photo if required otherwise perfect as always . We did break one wine glass - apologies for that

This is our 3rd time staying in Freshwater . The house is in a perfect position and is well suited to a group of friends or 2 families . Sitting on the deck admiring the view is a magical experience

Wonderful Home

We had a great 4 day stay at Freshwater. We were a party of 9 & we thoroughly enjoyed the house & the stunning location. We cooked every night & found everything we needed in the kitchen. Breakfast on the balcony was wonderful. The configuration of the house was excellent for our group & we had plenty of space. Everyone found the beds comfortable. South Coast Holidays staff were very helpful & responsive to all our requests. We would definitely recommend this house & would love to come back again.

Cousins weekend away

We have just spent a weekend at Freshwater, Gerroa. What a great house in a fabulous location. The views were to die for, I could have sat in the lounge room all day just looking at the view. The house was very spacious and very well set up, 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, big living space and a large and functional kitchen which was very well stocked. I would definitely recommend this property and we will stay again. It also had direct access to the beach which we took advantage of with many lovely walks.

Best 3 Nights

Awesome view in a fantastic location. We have young kids and this beach is perfect for those with young kids. The house has everything we needed including books, board games and cards. Kitchen fully stocked, bedrooms galore with lots of configuration and lovely real estate contacts to assist with anything we needed. We loved our stay and will certainly be back!

Perfect Beach Location

Our family group of 8 enjoyed the most wonderful time at Freshwater in Gerroa in early February 2019. We found the location looking straight down Seven Mile Beach across from the mouth of the Crooked River absolutely amazing and the house perfect for our needs, really well equipped as well as spacious and very comfortable. Many thanks to the managers of the property in Gerringong who were so helpful on booking - looking forward to a return visit!

Great place to stay....5 stars!

Freshwater was a fabulous place for us as its not always easy to find somewhere that comfortably accommodates a family of ten. The house is in an enviable position right near the beach (the views are sensational) and has everything you need for a family stay. There are two well stocked kitchens with plenty of dishes, cutlery, serving platters etc. and two dishwashers! The house is really clean, the beds are comfy, although the two singles in the cottage could do with an update; there are lots of bathrooms, the sitting rooms are spacious and the deck is a wonderful place for family dinners. The property managers are very amenable and communication with them was great.

Fabulous Location

A small family group have just returned from a great time at Freshwater. We were thrilled with the property, the views over the ever changing coast were magnificent. We walked on the beach, up to the headland and up to Fishermans Club for dinner. This location suited us very well.

Fantastic house

Freshwater is a great, spacious beach house that was perfect for our group of 4 couples and 3 young children. The weather was not the best, but with the heaters and such fantastic views from the house, we still loved every minute of the stay.

Wonderful property!

We (9 friends) go away together on a regular basis. it is my task to find a home that suits everyone. Everyone agreed that this the the best house yet, and that we will all be happy to return!

Wonderful holiday house

I celebrated my 70th birthday with my children and grandchildren. It was perfect. Great facility, well supplied with all we needed, beautiful view, large living space and separate flat for the family with young children. It felt comfortable and cosy as though we had borrowed a friend's holiday house for the weekend - well equipped with books, videos, TV, video, Foxtel, wifi ...The only negative with the house was the single beds are sprung and not comfortable for adults. Everything else worked beautifully. We surfed, swam, played soccer on the beach, and walked. We could go to the Blue Swimmer Cafe for great coffee in the morning and birthday dinner on Saturday evening. I would use it again.

Girls Weekend

Our Annual Girls Weekend was made even better by staying at this house. We have stayed at another house for other weekends and loved it, now we are even more in love with Freshwater and have booked again for next year, and for an extra night. We all can't wait to come back and relax and soak up the view and amazing sunset.

Freshwater is better then the photo's. It is larger then I thoughts and the sunsets from the balcony are stunning. If you are looking for a house for the weekend this is the one.

A great spot!

A great spot! An excellent choice particularly if some family members would like their own space. It worked perfectly for my daughter and husband and their two little boys to have the separate accommodation, but at the same time be linked to the rest of the family staying in the main house. Location, location, location - right across fro the beach for the son who wanted to surf, and next to the river for the toddler who wanted to paddle. Well equipped with everything from milkshake makers to chocolate fountains!!! We will be back!

Fab place

With one of the best locations in Gerroa this property will not fail to impress. Despite the poor weather over the weekend the house was large enough and suitably equipped to keep everyone entertained. Will definitely book the house again

We liked that the house was so well equipped. Beautiful view too. A hot tub on the deck would be great!
