Where will I be?
Freshwater is ideal in summer as it is directly across the road from the northern end of Seven Mile Beach which is perfect for families with kids.
The Blue Swimmer cafe and restaurant is only a five minute stroll away or Gerringong is a seven minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants.

Freshwater is a quintessential beach house in a perfect location. The layout is ideal for two families or a group of ten. Exuding classic beach charm, Freshwater is designed for relaxation.
How is the property laid out?
Freshwater is made up of a main house and a cottage that is accessed via the deck or one of the bedrooms. It is ideal for two families, with two separate living areas split between the main house and separate cottage.
The main house has three bedrooms, two with queen beds, (the main with TV and DVD) and one with two deluxe king single beds. There are twobathrooms, each with a vanity, toilet and large shower recess. The second bathroom also has a washing machine and laundry sink.
The rest of the house is open plan with a large gourmet kitchen with all amenities including microwave, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, wine fridge, and two coffee plungers. The lounge/ dining area has wonderful beach and mountain views, and is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, DVD library, Foxtel and a dining table seating eight. There is also a private reading room at rear of the property with two sofas.
In the cottage there are two bedrooms, one double, and one with two single beds. There is one bathroom plus a laundry with washing machine and laundry sink. The living/dining area has a TV and DVD and self-contained kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher. This space opens out onto large deck shared by the main house.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Freshwater has a huge veranda entertaining area, half undercover and half open air with seating for ten plus a large BBQ. There is also a grassed area at the front of the property.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Freshwater has reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living area of the main house. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, and a ceiling fan in the living area of the cottage, the bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Heaters are provided for the cooler months.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath and beach towels are provided at this property.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for three cars on the driveway. Street parking is also available.The garage is locked and not available for guest use.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
