Glen Regan is an elegant country home set on 140 acres and located close to Berrima township. Completely renovated with a modern farmhouse aesthetic, Glen Regan oozes comfort, style and a relaxation. The formal lounge room has a large stone fireplace and original exposed timber beams - a beautiful room to gather with family and friends!
Strictly no parties at this property - you will be evicted if this rule is broken. And please also note that the property has external CCTV cameras for security reasons, and to monitor any inappropriate guest numbers or guest behaviour.

Glen Regan is located a 5 minute drive from Berrima and 15 minutes from Bowral's restaurants, cafes and shops. Glen Regan is perfectly located to access key wedding venues and wineries.

Glen Regan offers guests a spacious and modern country home in a private setting set on 140 acres of rolling grasslands and wooded hollows. The house is surrounded by lawns and garden beds, with multiple terraced outdoor areas where guests can enjoy the beautiful surrounds of this country estate. Enjoy a game of tennis on the full sized court or explore the gardens or surrounding acres. Ideal for large groups as a base or as a complete destination! If you do wish to leave the luxurious confines of the property, Berrima and surrounding towns are within easy driving distance. An ideal location to enjoy all that the Southern Highlands has to offer.
How is the property laid out?
Enter the Glen Regan property and drive down the winding laneway. Driving through the ornate country gates, the main Glen Regan house is situated amongst established trees and gardens. The entrance to the house leads directly to the ornate lounge room with open fireplace surrounded by sandstone. There is a fully equipped country kitchen overlooking the open plan family and dining room. An additional lounge and TV is in this area also. This large room is filled with light beaming through the picture framed windows and doors which open onto the terrace and garden area. The two bedrooms upstairs are accessed by separate staircases. Both bedrooms have ensuites, and one bedroom has an additional dedicated office with desk and a view to the wooded area at the back of the house. There are three additional bedrooms downstairs - two with queen beds and a shared room with a queen bed and two singles. All bedrooms look onto the beautiful garden. The downstairs wing has two full bathrooms, each with shower, bath and toilet. There is an additional bathroom with shower and toilet that is located near the living areas. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can 100% guarantee that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If internet access is important to you, please have a backup plan. Smart TV's are provided in the main house with access to Netflix and other streaming services.
What about outdoors?
Glen Regan has multiple stone terrace areas which are covered with pergolas and wisteria. The extensive gardens and grounds are magnificent! There is a full sized tennis court and lovely grassy fields and wooded areas where guests can enjoy a country stroll. Enjoy the firepit at night under the stars!
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
Glen Regan has an open fireplace and supplied firewood, and multiple reverse cycle air conditioners that will keep you warm in cooler weather. In warmer weather, use the ceiling fans to circulate the air. The French doors in the main living area open up to let in the clean, fresh country air.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and towels are provided at Glen Regan.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is a parking area near the house with space for multiple cars.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Glen Regan is not a pet friendly property.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

We had a get together with a bunch of old friends at Glen Regan. A very easy drive from Sydney and the airport for the interstate visitors. The house is very well appointed and the grounds are beautiful.
