Where will I be?
This hillside home offers amazing views of Seven Mile Beach. The Gerroa beaches and the famous Blue Swimmer Cafe are within walking distance of the house. The nearby town of Gerringong is a seven minute drive away.

How is the property laid out?
Grand View is a split level home. You enter on the top level where you will find the queen bedrooms, bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Downstairs are the two bedrooms with a tri-bunk in each, second bathroom, laundry and living area that opens onto the back deck.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
There are so many great outdoor options at Grand View. Relax on the upstairs deck, or cook up a storm on the downstairs entertainers deck, which leads onto the grassed backyard. You will also find a downstairs courtyard out the front that is a great option for escaping the afternoon sun in the summer.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
There is reverse cycle air conditioning in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas. The upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans and all the windows and doors have fly screens so you can catch the breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is enough parking for up to four cars on the driveway.

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
