A large comfortable, affordable, home perfect for two families travelling together. Grand View in Gerroa has two separate living areas, as well as multiple outdoor areas.

Where will I be?
This hillside home offers amazing views of Seven Mile Beach. The Gerroa beaches and the famous Blue Swimmer Cafe are within walking distance of the house. The nearby town of Gerringong is a seven minute drive away.

Enjoy outdoor living at its finest! Sit back and watch the surf on the comfortable outdoor lounges on the upstairs deck, or cook up a storm on the downstairs entertainers deck.
How is the property laid out?
Grand View is a split level home. You enter on the top level where you will find the queen bedrooms, bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Downstairs are the two bedrooms with a tri-bunk in each, second bathroom, laundry and living area that opens onto the back deck.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
There are so many great outdoor options at Grand View. Relax on the upstairs deck, or cook up a storm on the downstairs entertainers deck, which leads onto the grassed backyard. You will also find a downstairs courtyard out the front that is a great option for escaping the afternoon sun in the summer.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
There is reverse cycle air conditioning in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas. The upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans and all the windows and doors have fly screens so you can catch the breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is enough parking for up to four cars on the driveway.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Sarah O - 16th April 2024This is the most spectacular property. The views from the deck are stunning, no matter what time of the day. The house is extremely comfortable and offers space and comfort, even for a large group. The kitchen is very well stocked with all cookware items and all linen is high quality. We love this property and would happily return as often as we possibly could!

Fabulous location & amazing views
Helen M - 19th March 2023We stayed as a group of two families (4 adults, 2 children & a baby), the house easily accomodate us & offered loads of entertainment space. The kitchen was well stocked, with tons of glassware, crockery etc. making it great for groups. The kids loved playing in the garden, whilst we watched on from the terrace. Short walk to the beach & cafe however it is a bit of a slog back uphill if you are pushing a pram :) The only minor negative is that there is only a tiny drawer sized dishwasher!

The property is very well appointed and you can really tell the owners have used quality linen and towels throughout. The kitchen is as good as my kitchen at home. Cannot fault the location, the cleanliness and that view! Highly recommend Grandview if you are looking for a break away from Sydney. We will be back again very soon!

Great house for 2 families. Lovely and clean, nice furniture and fittings, wonderful view with comfortable deck. Walking back from the beach with younger kids, surfboards etc is a mission, better to drive down. Will definitely be back in future.

The beds upstairs were wonderful and the second deck with the big dinning area was very practical. The only suggestions would be to include some sharp knives in the kitchen :)

My friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay here. The view was amazing from both decks. The outside area is a perfect spot to hang out and the inside is exceptionally clean.

Trent - 30th March 2019I got this accomodation for my crew as we had a job over 2 days. I thought it was fantastic value and once we got there couldn’t believe how amazing the location and view was. Also everything in the house was very nice inside and out. Plenty of entertaining areas and even board games in the cupboard! Enjoyed it so much I told my wife we should come back with the kids. Great for two small family share!
