Where will I be?
Hamilton is located on a Gerringong Hilltop, it has views down to Werri Beach and is a short walk to the beach or into town where there are shops, cafes and restaurants.

Hamilton has a great central location within easy walking distance to all amenities. The house is a stunning minimalist beach house with amazing views over the ocean. Hamilton offers the best of both worlds - close to the beach but also with a swimming pool! The entry way can be locked providing security and privacy for your stay. Snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace in the living room while you watch surfers take on the waves at Werri Beach or gather the family in the very comfortable upstairs outdoor entertaining area.
How is the property laid out?
Hamilton is a modern two storey house with high quality fixtures and fittings, it is styled in beautiful soft and relaxing neutral tones.Upstairs is a queen bedroom, master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet and combined kitchen/living/dining area. The generous open plan kitchen, living and dining area is exceptionally appointed and captures spectacular North-East and North-West views of ocean and mountains.
The kitchen is sleek and sophisticated with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and induction cooktop and a double door integrated fridge. There is a dining table to seat ten (with room for two extra chairs if required).
The living room has a modern gas fireplace, comfy couch and spectacular views of the ocean. There are electric blinds to provide privacy at night and glass sliding doors that open right up to the entertainment deck. The massive smart Samsung TV and Bluray DVD player is wall mounted and there is an extensive DVD and board game collection for your entertainment.
Downstairs there are four bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed. All bedrooms open up to the backyard. There are two bathrooms: a main with shower, vanity and toilet and another with bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Separate to the main house, but fully under cover is also a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
There is a large outdoor entertaining deck off the upstairs living area with outdoor lounge, fixed Smeg Gas BBQ and views over Werri Beach. In the backyard, there is a swimming pool with deck area. The lawn is fully fenced with a deck area, steam room and outdoor shower.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Hamilton has remote control blinds and in the living/kitchen area and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. There is a gas fireplace in the living room for the cooler months.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, luxury linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Secure garage parking for one car and off street, open air parking on the driveway one other car. There are also parking spots across the road.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
