This stylish, contemporary and attractive waterfront home is a great option for your family or friends getaway. The house with full width verandah has beautiful north facing views of Jervis Bay, and you will be pleasantly surprised by the beautiful Orion beaches on your doorstep! The house sleeps 12, but please, a maximum of 8 adults.

Where will I be?
Harlequin Beach House has direct beach access across the cycle path. The house is set well back from the cycle path allowing a great feeling of privacy. The local shops are close by, as are the towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach. The boat ramp at Plantation Point is 450 metres down the road.
Why choose Harlequin Beach House?
Harlequin Beach home is a spacious, well designed, well built and beautifully appointed home. The clever design makes the most of the natural light views of the bay, and the well appointed kitchen is a dream to cook in.
How is the property laid out?
When you enter Harlequin Beach House you will find the bunk room immediately to your right and the laundry to your left. Further down the hall you will find the shared bathroom, plus a third toilet, the two bedrooms both with a queen and king single bed as well as the entrance to the courtyard and BBQ area. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom, with ensuite and king bed, as well as access to the verandah with views over the bay to wake up to. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area have views of the bay and access to the wide verandah, a perfect place to sit back and relax!
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. A Google Chromecast is fitted to the main TV to allow your own usage of Netflix etc
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
There are so many great outdoor options at Harlequin Beach House, including a good sized front lawn, and the glass sliding doors lead straight to the internal courtyard that provides adequate shelter from any north-easterly wind, or just a sunny outdoor space in cooler months. You can not beat the views from large full width verandah and an outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Harlequin Beach House has reverse cycle air conditioning in the open plan living area for year round comfort, along with ceiling fans and electric heaters in the bedrooms. The bathrooms also have under floor heating and heated towel rails. In summer, a lovely northeasterly breeze typically blows through the house from late morning onwards.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Harlequin Beach House supplies sheets and towels. Please bring your own beach towel however.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is plenty of parking at Harlequin Beach House. There are two parking spaces inside the garage, as well as off street parking for up to six cars, so plenty of room to park a boat as well.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Yes! Pets are welcome to stay at Harlequin Beach House (in a fully secure yard) subject to the following:
- Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
- Absolutely no dogs on the furniture
- Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
- Please clean up dog hairs or anything else inside the house before your departure - thank you!
Is there any special information I should know about?
Please be aware that security cameras are present on the outside of the property, pointing towards gates, the beach side steps and lawned area and down the side access ways. These will not impact your privacy at all and are purely for security purposes when the house is vacant.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

The home is bright and airy, with a gorgeous view out to the bay, from the minute we walked in we felt at home in the coastal style property. Right on the bike path, with beach access close by - such a fantastic location. Plenty of room, with lots of options for dining and chilling. We appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided in the pantry, even a welcome pack of wine and Tim Tams, who could ask for more!

Everything is great. It is a very beautiful and clean house. The location is wonderful. The backyard connect to the beachside walking path and there are many trails to the beach. We have great experience there except I can't find the baby cot when the note says they have.
The perfect house for a group getaway
The place was soo amazing such a nice house and right next to a lovely little beach! Fantastic stay!
We stayed here over the weekend with family and had a great time. The location is great, the beach is only a couple of minutes walk and it is also close to shops which is handy. If you have young children this house is perfect because they have a lot of toys and board games to keep them busy. You can also cast your Netflix and Stan on the dining room TV. They also have a DVD player with heaps of DVDs in one of the rooms to keep the kids entertained. The only thing I would recommend is to bring a bath mat for the bathrooms because they don’t supply and the bathrooms can get very wet and slippery. Other than that I would highly recommend this property if you want a getaway with family. It was a pleasant stay overall, thank you!!

Thousands of them every morning in the trees on the property. we loved it though. It would be good to be able to lock the gate, so if you are out, you can lock the gate, so no one can steal ypur dogs. Be careful emptying the dishwasher, not sure why, the the plates and some glasses are really slippery. We loved our time here and would happily retu

The front deck was dirty and gritty but there had been winds and it didn't take long to clean. There was ample of everything needed except for toilet paper - there were eleven of us after all, and we couldn't get the wifi. Still a lovely, well-equipped holiday house.
