Harrington is stylish, inviting and comfortable...and when it comes to views - a breathtaking beach house! This attractive home sleeps 10, however is NOT SUITABLE FOR MORE THAN 6 ADULTS. Please do not book for more than 6 adults. All bedrooms are downstairs and upstairs is an open plan layout with large deck. This home is beautifully appointed and equipped, and the view is to die for.

Booking for peak season (mid Dec 2021 to end Jan 2022)
Changeover day for the coming peak season is Wednesday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist.
Where will I be?
Harrington is located on an elevated section of Headland Drive, astride the Gerroa inlet and Seven Mile Beach. The home has stunning views because of its location. Various beaches and Black Head Reserve are within walking distance of the house. The local shop, The Fisherman's Club and the Blue Swimmer Cafe are an easy drive from here, or if you are reasonably fit, also walkable. Harrington is stylish, immediately relaxing and well appointed. You will feel right at home! It has been newly renovated and feels fresh and contemporary. The open plan living space is a hallmark of the house, with full width deck and stunning views of Seven Mile Beach, Culburra and the hinterland.
Is there any special information I should know about?
Please check the bedding configuration closely and note that the tri-bunk beds are double beds on the bottom and a single bed above. The house therefore has the equivalent of one queen bed, two double beds, and four single beds - a total of 10.
How is the property laid out?
Harrington is a two storey home, laide out as follows:
Downstairs has all three 3 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, an internal laundry and a rumpus room.
Upstairs has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and a full width deck accessed from the living room. Bi-fold doors allow the whole level, including the deck to be opened up into one fantastic indoor / outdoor space.
What about outdoors?
Sit back, relax and watch the world go by on the full width deck with uninterrupted views of Seven Mile Beach. Or enjoy some fun in the spacious backyard with good sized lawn areas.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?!
Harrington offers reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs and downstairs for the cooler months and ceiling fans throughout to ensure air flow and comfort during the hotter months. The house can also be opened up to catch any available sea breeze, aided by its elevated position and bi-fold doors to the deck and louver windows.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and towels are provided at Harrington. Please bring your own beach towels if you plan to visit Seven Mile Beach or Gerroa!
Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is space for one vechicle on the driveway and ample off street parking for any other vehicles. The garage is reserved for owner use.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Harrington is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options.
WIFI, internet, Netflix or pay tv- will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can 100% guarantee that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If internet access is important to you, please have a backup plan.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

We had a Great stay at Craigs place! The layout of the house is perfect for a few people and it is super clean with an amazing view.

The online photo's don't do this place justice, the view is simply amazing, one of the best i've had booking through Air-bnb. Definitely worth the $1500 weekend price tag, just to take in the sunsets alone. Highly recommend for families of small groups - you will not be disappointed. Sit back on the balcony, take in the ocean views, stroll down to the beach for swims, or chill out on the comfy lounge watching netflix, such a relaxing break.

What a great holiday house with a view that needs to be seen to be believed. Great layout of the house, with all bedrooms downstairs, and the open plan living, dinning kitchen upstairs which opens out to a large deck overlooking 7 mile beach. What a beautiful holiday home which takes in one of the best sunsets you will ever see.
This is a nice and quiet place with awesome views of the sea. I spent a lot of the time in the deck area.

Spacious house with good entertainment, cooking and washing facilities. Beds are soft so we woke up with a sore back each day. Expectation that guests may have to refill supplies (fair enough) but on arrival the detergent was empty and minimal paper towel left. Cleanliness is not to a professional standard as only the visible space is cleaned. Dirty chopping boards with food stains were found in the kitchen and dust and a long orange curly hair in the DVD player drawer.
I stayed in this beautiful house for 2 nights and it was just magic! The view is spectacular from the deck and it is in a nice quiet street. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Large house with excellent layout upstairs from kitchen to living to balcony. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only downside is that it only has one shower which means a queue can form if you have more than 6 people staying (it sleeps 10)
