Hollydale is a light-filled, contemporary home nestled at the end of a private country lane in a quiet pocket of Burradoo. Peaceful and private, Hollydale provides a tranquil setting for groups of friends or families who want a luxurious getaway in the Southern Highlands. Exuding quality features including gourmet kitchen with stone benchtops and high quality appliances, multiple living areas, luxurious bed linen and large bathrooms with under floor heating, Hollydale is for the discerning guest. The house is surrounded by manicured lawns, beautiful gardens and high hedges, offering a peaceful and completely private stay.

Where will I be?
Hollydale is conveniently located in leafy Burradoo, just 3 kms from the main street of Bowral. It is close to town, public walking tracks, parks and train stations. The towns of Berrima and Moss Vale are within 10-15 minutes drive, and the outer lying areas of Burrawang and Robertson can be reached within 25 minutes drive.

The paved outdoor terrace and dining area lead directly into the picture perfect garden with firepit - all completely private. The house is ideal for enjoying year round. An exceptional home where you can enjoy the company of friends and family!
How is the property laid out?
Hollydale is a single level home, configured as follows:
Enter the home through the welcoming barn doors to the foyer with modern chandelier. The left wing of the house features a very large lounge room with cathedral ceiling, modern fireplace, big screen TV and games. This living room leads into the glassed conservatory. Also in this wing is the eating nook with table and chairs, and a lovely double bedroom. The house then leads to an open plan kitchen and dining area surrounded by large glass doors that open to an outdoor terrace. In the right wing of the house is the large master bedroom with King bed, elegant ensuite, flat screen TV and dedicated workspace. Off the hall there are 2 Queen bedrooms, a large bathroom with separate powder room, as well as an additional living area with another flat screen TV and additional workspace. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is also in this area, as well as internal access to the four car garage.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?
Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. The property also has three smart TVs, one in the main lounge room, one in the Master bedroom, and another in the second living room. Please bring your own login details for streaming services. Board games are also available in the drawers below the living room TV.
Please note however that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic.
If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Hollydale is a battle-axe property located at the end of a private driveway. Surrounded by established cypress pines, the yard is north facing and filled with sunlight. The lawn area is dotted with established trees, pretty garden beds of roses, camelias and gardenias, and is a lovely place to wander and explore. Enjoy stargazing at night while sitting by the fire pit!
Stay warm or keeping cool?
Hollydale has a modern fireplace in the lounge room and a zoned central heating and cooling system throughout.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Hollydale supplies luxury linen and bath towels. It also has a well stocked pantry in the kitchen.
Parking for cars, boats, etc?
Hollydale has a circular driveway which can accommodate multiple cars. There is also parking for 4 cars in the garage.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Hollydale does not allow pets. Please contact us for pet friendly options.
Security at Hollydale
External security cameras are located on the grounds. There are no internal cameras. The security cameras are used as needed to ensure that the property is used for agreed purposes by the agreed number of guests.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Hollydale. The house is well appointed, and set out - perfect for extended family groups. The kitchen in particular has a great array of cookware, glassware, dinner sets etc to meet every need. The garden is gorgeous, and the location is convenient (mid-way between Bowral & Moss Vale), yet private, quiet and secluded. Parking is plentiful. An extremely comfortable property.

Thanks for a really wonderful trip, the house is very new. The surrounding traffic is very convenient but also very quiet. Next time if I come to Bowral again, this will be my first choice.

We enjoyed a lovely family weekend get together at "Hollydale" for my father's birthday. In a group of 6 adults we found the generous accommodation very comfortable. It's a beautiful property on a private acre of garden. The house is absolutely immaculate with kitchen and bathrooms like new. So many rooms to enjoy like the north facing conservatory/sunroom off the main loungeroom. Two living rooms each with their own large flat screen tv. Bedding was really comfortable and luxurious. I would not hesitate booking Hollydale for another stay.

It was an absolute delight to be in Hollydale. There was a well organised folder in the kitchen with all the instruction manuals of the electronic in the home which was appreciated, the enclosed patio was glorious, the laundry was in a good location and well stocked. The garden was huge and very well managed, was great to take photos in! The tall trees surrounding the property gave us some well appreciated privacy from neighbours. The outside fire pit was amazing on the cold winter nights, and there was plenty of logs wood and fire starters to keep it going! The bathroom floors and towel rack were heated and very clean. The couch in the living room was so comfortable, the TV was huge so made for a very comfortable experience and the drawers had DVDs and games! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the perfect place for some escapism and not too far from Sydney also! We would all 100% come back soon!
