Hyams Seaside Apartment is a boutique beach house located in the very heart of Hyams Beach. It's central location allows easy access to the local cafe and beaches rendering it perfect for a family holiday or couples only getaway.
Strictly NO PARTIES at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.
Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023)
The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Wednesday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us.
Where will I be?
Hyams Seaside Apartment sits on the beach side of Cyrus Street, right behind the Hyams Beach Cafe. The beach is an easy walk in either direction along Cyrus Street.
Why choose the Hyams Seaside Apartment?
This property is stylish and comfortable, andboasts high ceilings, a small yet fully equipped modern kitchen, chic white dining suite and a smart sitting area with comfortable couches.
How is the property laid out?
On the ground floor there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms with windows looking into a leafy courtyard garden. One bedroom has a small private deck accessed via sliding doors. Also on this level is a bathroom with a shower plus separate basin & toilet. The laundry is hidden behind cupboard doors close to the bathroom. The upstairs level opens into a light, airy open plan living space with two seperate decks faced towards the ocean. The house also has a cot, safety gate and high chair as babies are permitted in the house.
Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it's best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress!
What about outdoors?
There is a small communal garden shared with the townhouse next door. Onedeck provides a great BBQ area and the other a smalloutdoor setting. There is also an outdoor shower.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Hyams Seaside Apartment is equipped with a combustion fireplace, electric heaters in the bedrooms as well as electric fans.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Linen is provided at Hyams Seaside Apartment. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street parking for one car in an open air parking space in front of the townhouse.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay
Unfortunantely Hyams Seaside Apartment is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Is there any special information I should know about?
In winter, Hyams Seaside Apartment is supplied with one good sized basket of firewood. If you need more firewood, please purchase more at your own expense.

This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral. We have over 270 properties in Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, Hyams Beach and the Southern Highlands. We offer guests 24/7 customer service - emergency calls only after hours, please.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time away at Hyams Beach. Our two babies loved being so close to the beach. We will be back!
Lovely 2 bedroom beach cottage/apartment. Supremely well located for those wanting to enjoy the gem that is Hyams Beach (and right next to the delightful Hyams Beach Cafe). Holidays Collection were responsive to queries raised pre-check in. Would recommend.

Light airy comfortable upstairs. Well stocked clean kitchen with up-to-date appliances.
Nice house, lovely location. Telstra reception is a bit spotty so if you have to make work calls be mindful however gorgeous place so really no work should be done!!!

This is the perfect house for two couples, it had everything we needed for my family visit from overseas and more; balcony with a view of the ocean, fireplace with wood stack and axe:), orange, lemon, lime trees, outside taps to get the sand off, BBQ, parking and very tastefully decorated and furnished. Extremely comfortable.

Really lovely place for a couple of two. Great little kitchen lounge area with views out to the ocean, great to sit out on the deck and have breakkie, we loved it. Also nice and close to the store to grab a morning coffee! Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at this great property. We love the proximity to the beach and the cafe next door. The court yard space is great for yoga, the deck with water glimpses is fabulous for meals and we adore hearing the ocean at night. We played one of the games from the collection each night which was so fun too.
