Spacious and light-filled, this recently constructed duplex has been finished to a high standard with quality finishes and inclusions. Jila at Jervis Bay sleeps 6 and has two living rooms, making it perfect for family getaways or even three couples. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bright living area and balcony with views of Jervis Bay and Point Perpendicular.

Summer Season Bookings: 13 Dec 2024 and 23 Jan 2025 - Minimum 7 night booking - Arrival and departure on a Sunday. If booking online, please search for vacancies with Sunday being the arrival and departure day. Summer Season bookings are most easily made directly with our Bookings Team.
Where will I be?
Jila at Jervis Bay is only a 10 minute walk from beautiful Blenheim Beach. The bike path that leads to Huskisson is also close by, as is the walking track that will take you to Hyams Beach via Greenfields and Chinaman’s Beach. The local shops are within a few minutes drive, as are the towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach.

How is the property laid out?
Jila at Jervis Bay is a two storey home. On the bottom level you have the garage and a comfortable living room that opens to the landscaped courtyard. There is an additional shared bathroom with shower and toilet on this level.
The main living area is upstairs so that the spectacular views to Jervis Bay can be seen. The living area is a modern open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a feast and entertain in style. The dining area, complete with wine fridge, adjoins the kitchen. Also adjoining the kitchen is the spacious living area that opens onto the front balcony, with fantastic views of Jervis Bay.
The bedrooms are on the upstairs level and all have queen beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity, while the shared bathroom (also on the upstairs level) has a shower, toilet, vanity and free standing bath.
There is a European style laundry with a washer and dryer.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Jila at Jervis Bay has a fully enclosed, courtyard style backyard. There is a small grassed area and a BBQ - perfect for making the most of warm evenings. Upstairs there is a balcony with water views of the bay.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Jila at Jervis Bay has ducted air conditioning and heating throughout, as well as ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living areas.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Jila at Jervis Bay provides linen and bath towels for guests. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is garage parking for 2 cars at Jila, as well as space for 1 car on the shared drive. There is also free parking on the street.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Jila at Jervis Bay is not a pet friendly property. Please contact us for pet friendly properties.
What are the minimum stay rules?
Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
