Kevalier Park is a luxurious, spacious and majestic home set within two acres of lawns, trees and hedging. It is also only moments away from Berry town. The property has a heated indoor pool within a separate pool cabana, and comfortably sleeps 14 across six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

Where will I be?
Kevalier Park is located on the western edge of Berry town - a few minutes drive from the main street. Walking to town is also possible and will take around 20 minutes. Kevalier Park is one of about 10 houses on a private cul de sac road. Overall, it has a very central location vis a vis Berry town, but with all the benefits of being in a beautiful, natural setting.
Why choose Kevalier Park?
Kevalier Park is one of Berry's most luxurious properties, sleeping up to 14 in total comfort. The house has an indoor pool, gymnasium, wood fire place, air- conditioning, and Wi-Fi. And the large, comfortable living areas are perfectly suited to a relaxed gathering of family and friends. You will never have to leave!
How is the property laid out?
Kevalier Park is a large double storey home with six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
On the ground floor there are double entrance doors that open into a tiled foyer. This level has a formal lounge room, an entertainment room, two dining areas, a gourmet kitchen, and a laundry. There are also two bedrooms on this level - a queen bedroom and a large children's retreat with three single beds and one trundle bed.
The upstairs level has four more bedrooms including the master bedroom with private balcony, king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. For the other three bedrooms, there is a three-way style bathroom to share.
The separate pool area incorporates a swimming pool with bar, a home gym, shower and toilet, and a games room with pool table and table tennis.
Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Kevalier Park is set on two acres of manicured park-like ground with lots of places to explore if offers both privacy and security. The property is fully fenced and has two outdoor entertaining areas, one with table, chairs, and a gas BBQ and one with an outdoor lounge setting. There is a private balcony off the master bedroom and also another undercover outdoor area off the kitchen.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Kevalier Park has ducted air-conditioning throughout the house for year round comfort, a combustion fireplace in living room and ceiling fans in most of the bedrooms.
Pool heating
The pool heating system is solar powered. In winter, the system will keep the pool at 22 degrees (approximately), and in summer, it will keep the pool at 28 degrees (approximately). Please also make use of the pool cover mat. It can help significantly to retain warmth in the pool water.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is ample off street, open air parking for four cars on the circular driveway at the front of the house.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Try to find a carer for your pets, so that you can enjoy this spectacular property, but if that is not possible, please contact us for a list of our pet friendly options.

Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

It was a hot weekend so the pool was perfect for a cool down. We played games, danced and chatted with space for everyone. Fabulously equipped kitchen that our private chef was impressed with. The pool was well and truly used, as was the games room.The grounds were just gorgeous, and breakfast was enjoyed down by the pond with the frogs and the waterlilies! The kitchen was abundantly supplied with crockery,glassware,appliances etc.I wish we could have stayed longer.

Kevalier Park is the perfect house for large family gatherings especially with kids. The pool house and games room were fantastic and the kids retreat was perfect for the kids to have their own space. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of wine glasses, platters and all the utensils and pans you would expect in a property of this size. New bathrooms have made this property even better. We stayed over the Mothers Day weekend and definitely made use of all that Kevalier Park had to offer including the indoor pool.

Nicole M - 19th April 2021We had a ball in Berry! Kevaleir Park is a pretty exquisite property that comfortably slept our 3 families. The recently renovated bathrooms were a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend! Only thing would be a second TV would be nice with Foxtel / Netflix. From a maintenance perspective the gardens were immaculate. Multiple lightbulbs need changing in the pool area. Bar area, gym and table tennis room could do with a clean. All in all, only minor things that are easily fixed.

Carrie - 18th February 2019We celebrated our mothers 70th birthday over two nights at Kevalier Park. On arrival we found the house immaculately clean and beautifully styled. The house was perfect for our large family. The bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable. The kids loved their room with trundle beds, tv and table soccer. The pool was a hit with the kids although a little cold for the adults. We enjoyed relaxing in the various indoor/outdoor seating areas and playing cricket and badminton on the expansive lawns. The only downside was the poor water pressure and temperature control in the showers but I put that down to older plumbing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Matil - 4th September 2018This was our second stay at Kevalier Park. It is very comfortable with lots of different areas for groups to sit both inside and out. Loads of different entertainment options - board games, ping pong, pool table, swimming pool, bikes, sporting equipment - and a nice walk into town. We made plenty of use of the fireplace (firewood was provided) and the pool, which is heated to a comfortable temperature rather than being warm. The wifi was not working and we were disappointed that the spa which we had enjoyed previously has now been covered over and is out of use. However, our overall stay was fantastic, and South Coast Holidays were really helpful.

Large beautiful home
Rachel000 - 19th April 2018Large beautiful home with ample bedding including a large kids/rumpus room with 3 beds plus 3 trundles. No spa at property as advertised. Air conditioning only available to 2 rooms downstairs. Tvs only available in rumpus rooms at one end of house. Plenty of plates, crockery and cooking utensils, easily catering for large groups. Pool a bit too cold even on hot days. Lovely gardens with plenty of space for kids to run around. Overall would definitely go back. The beautiful golden retriever who hung out with us was an added bonus.

The facilities at this house are amazing. We also enjoyed being visited by the neighbour's dog. South Coast Holidays were very accommodating, meeting our request for a late checkout and notifying us when there were changes to our arrival time.
