Where will I be?
Kitesurfer is located on the Gerroa Headland, at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach. There are amazing views of the beach and the surf. It is a three minute drive to the beach, or a 15 minute walk. The nearby town of Gerringong is a short drive away.

This spacious and airy home makes for a great family getaway. Enjoy spending time together on the large deck with views of the beach.
How is the property laid out?
Kitesurfer is a split level home. When you enter through the front door you walk up a small flight of stairs and you find yourself in the living area. On this level you also have the kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king singles. The upper level has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and the main bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. The combined bathroom and laundry are accessed through the garage.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
What about outdoors?
There are many great outdoor options at Kitesurfer. Relax on one of the two front decks, or BBQ and dine on the large rear deck. There is also a large backyard, please note it is not fully fenced.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Kitesurfer has reverse cycle ducted airconditioning for your year round comfort. The windows and doors can be opened to catch the breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets anddoonas, linen and bath towels are provided at Kitesurfer. However please bring your favourite beach towels.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There are two parking spaces available on the driveway and there is street parking. The garage is reserved for the owners personal use.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Kitesurferis not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

The balcony has gorgeous views of the beach There is is only one bathroom upstairs as the other is in the the laundry via garage which we didn’t mind during the day but at night is a little cold. The bedrooms and wardrobes are large and the bed are very comfy. We will be returning! Thank you

Large screen TV with Foxtel, plus other music and dvd options. A group of 4 adults had a great relaxing weekend, can’t wait to return.

The property was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 school age children). The showers were nice and hot too. We stayed for 4 nights but would have liked to have stayed a bit longer.

Amazing! We loved our stay. The views are superb. Even with a bit of rainy weather we still enjoyed the space and were able to relax and take in the views of the beach. There’s a lot to do within walking distance and Gerringong is a short drive away. We did some wine tasting at the nearby crooked river vineyard. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of space for 5 adults. One bathroom is away from all living areas, but we managed this fine. The hot water was excellent and the showers were great. Access was easy. There’s no street parking, and the driveway is a bit challenging.

This home is comfortable and well equipped but it’s the view that really made it for us. It was too windy to spend time at the beach but the house afforded us panoramic views of the water on both sides which was just amazing. One could even watch the sunrise from one side if you woke early enough! The only slight inconvenience was the fact that the second bathroom is located downstairs only accessible through the garage but we were able to manage ok between the two families. I would come back here for the view in a heartbeat! Thank you!

The Kitesurfer was a great first family vacation experience. The place has amazing views from the kitchen to the bedrooms to even the bathroom. We didnt have the best weather but that didn't stop us from having a good time. Thank you for having us at your beautiful accommodation.
