Wonderful stay

We had a great stay in Vincentia. The house is very well laid out, with all the equipment you need for a holiday with a big group. The location is fantastic, just a quick walk from the beach!

We had a wonderful week at the divine Kookaburra House. Everything was perfect even the weather. Already looking forward to coming back next year!

Wonderful Property!

We go away every Easter with a small group of friends and our kids and this propety was absolutely perfect! Super close to the Beach, wonderful amenities and close to town when we did go in. Would recommend it!!

Nice place

The house was very nice and clean with a short walk to the beach. The kids really enjoyed their stay and there was plenty of space for them to play.

Family home

It was our first time staying in Vincentia area. The house is very nicely located with an easy access to the Nelsons Beach. It also has a direct path to the White Sands walk. I loved how the house is dog friendly and we could see that the house is being renovated slowly. The downstairs bedrooms will is a little dated but still functional. We are hoping that these will also get renovated. We will be staying here again for sure!

Awesome location!

A beautiful property nestled amongst the bush and only minutes to the sea - you get the best of both worlds. We loved exploring the walking tracks right from the back gate. The recent renovations were a fabulous surprise, a beautiful well equipped and modern home perfect for larger families to relax, getaway and explore the area.

Nice place for my Mum and her group of friends to relax at the beach. Would book again. Great (and very speedy) communication from host who was more than willing to speak directly with Mum who doesn't have an airbnb account. Thanks Team!!

Good location

A nice holiday home

We had a really enjoyable time and were very comfortable.

This house is in an absolutely sensational location, so close to a beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed and a lovely outside sitting area. The only downside was that it was very hot, especially upstairs, and difficult to cool the house down (although we did have a particularly hot weekend). Perhaps take fans for the two downstairs bedrooms if you can. The host was very responsive to my enquires, particularly in reference to the evolving Covid situation. Overall a great experience.

Best location

We enjoyed the location was the perfect spot to move between all the best beaches and direct access to fantastic Nelson beach which is so dog friendly. Kitchen was well stocked and main beds very comfortable. I have rated down , as for the price, expected a higher standard.. property was not clean and would not fit the 12 people as advertised as living area and table setting only sat 6. The room with two singles is tiny and bathroom downstairs old and shower broken on arrival.

The place is quiet and clean and very close to the beach and shops. Highly recommended for family gatherings. Will surely comeback.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the kookaburra house. The location is A+++ beautiful backyard, big house with plenty of space, a very well stocked kitchen with everything you could need to make the perfect feast, comfortable beds, beautiful balcony. It really had it all. For large families or big groups of friends I cannot recommend this place enough.

Brilliant location, stunning beach, fits multiple families easily. This house has all you need, enough beds for many families and plenty of eating and outdoor space to fit everyone. We had 7 kids under 8 staying with us and everyone, including the adults, had a ball. Between the big back yard and the stunning Nelson's beach only 2 mins walk away, everyone was happy. The beach is worth a special mention. It was sheltered and perfect for young kids, and feels very secluded, with the scrub coming right up to the sand. We even saw dolphins swimming by on our last day, only meters from the shore!

Perfect holiday spot!

Had a lovely few days down at Vincentia the house was in a fabulous position just a short walk along a bush track down to Nelson Beach. Just one of the many gorgeous beaches in the area, this was particularly good for dogs. House was roomy with plenty of living space for large groups with kids. We loved the outdoor deck and shady back yard. Perfect holiday spot!

Pet-Friendly and Close to Beach

This is really a stunning home for ten of us. Easy to find and close to the supermarkets. The beach is pet friendly as well.

Great beach house

This is a lovely place for a family holiday with the dogs. It is modest but stylishly renovated with a great upstairs deck, plenty of beds for family and friends and a track out he back gate leading directly to a pristine beach. And then there's the Kookaburra song every morning.
