Where will I be?
Luna Beach House is located at the southern end of Vincentia in a lovely bush reserve setting. The house is 400 metres to both Blenheim Beach and Greenfield Beach - two hidden gems of the South Coast, and the nearby coastal walk leads to Hyams Beach with a 2km distance to its famous white sands. Huskisson is around 4km and easily reached by car or follow the beachside bike path.

Luna Beach House is a crisp, modern beach house in a quiet residential area. It's close enough to the nearby beaches to meander back and forth all day long! The upstairs covered outdoor deck with outdoor lounge and dining table is a great place to relax while you sip on your morning coffee or enjoy a sundowner after you have been to the beach or explored the beauty of the surrounding Jervis Bay area.
How is the property laid out?
The two storey house makes the most of the leafy outlook and water glimpses by having the main living area upstairs. This is an open plan area with lounge room with TV, kitchen and dining table. This opens up to the large, covered verandah with outdoor seating and dining table. There is a second living space upstairs with an additional TV and comfy lounges. The bedrooms are all located downstairs. There is a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, 1 queen bedroom, and two bunk rooms sleeping a combined 5 people. There is a shared bathroom downstairs and an additional shower and toilet in the laundry room. There is an additional covered verandah downstairs.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
The large outdoor verandah upstairs features a lounge area and dining table, and a BBQ. There is a second covered outdoor verandah downstairs which is accessible from some of the bedrooms.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Ducted air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans in some rooms. The fans in the bunk rooms have been disabled.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
