Minnamurra Beach Bliss is a modern duplex located minutes from the waters edge of the Minnamurra River, and perfectly located for you to enjoy the natural beauty of the Minnamurra area. The property features high ceilings, timber flooring and tiles throughout, as well as a quality kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone bench tops. There are two kayaks available for guests to use also. The upper balcony has ocean glimpses and expansive mountain views. Minnamurra Beach Bliss is a refreshing home that will re-charge any guests who stay at the relaxing property.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21 yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort. Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.
Where will I be?
Minnamurra Beach Bliss is located a few minutes walk from Minnamurra River. The Minnamurra Cafe is within a few minutes easy walk, and Minnamurra train station is within a few minutes drive. The local IGA, liquor shop and takeaways is about 5 minutes drive.

The north facing verandah catches the coastal breeze - an ideal spot to wind down after a day at the beach. The owners have generously provided two kayaks for guests to use during their stay! A comfortable house that puts you in a great location to enjoy the sun and the sand.
How is the property laid out?
Minnamurra Beach Bliss is a two storey property with the living space predominately located on the second storey, taking advantage of the views to Minnamurra River. Enter on the ground floor where you will find 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and laundry with washing machine. Continuing up the stairs, the property opens up into an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a magnificent north facing verandah with views to Minnamurra River. The large kitchen is equipped with a gas cook top and modern appliances. The master bedroom is on this level and features an ensuite with toilet and shower. There is an additional toilet on this level also. There is also a back terrace with gas BBQ.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Minnamurra Beach Bliss is only minutes walk from the Minnamurra River. There is a surf beach and the bird sanctuary across the river. This area can be accessed via the sand bank at low tide.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the open plan lounge area, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Being so close to the Minnamurra River, you can open the doors and windows to catch the breeze in the summer.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
The property is located on the high side of the street to maximise views. It has a moderately steep driveway leading to the one car garage. There is additional street parking.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Minnamurra Beach Bliss is not pet friendly. Please contact us for pet friendly options!
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
