Summer Season Bookings: 13 Dec 2024 and 23 Jan 2025 - Minimum 7 night booking - Arrival and departure on a Monday. If booking online, please search for vacancies with Monday being the arrival and departure day. Summer Season bookings are most easily made directly with our Bookings Team.
Where will I be?
From its commanding headland location, this contemporary, waterfront beach house enjoys classic south coast ocean and rural views .It is just metres away from Shelley Beach or a two minute drive to Seven Mile Beach.

One Tree is in a great location for those that want amazing views! Sit on the deck and enjoy the view over farm land to the ocean. One Tree has been tastefully refurbished with timber flooring, flow-through the living and dining areas, the sleek galley-style kitchen is a statement in relaxed beach side living.
How is the property laid out?
Bedroom One has a king bed, 40"Smart TV and views over Shelley Beach. Bedroom Two has a king bed. Bedroom Three has two single beds. There is one bathroom in the house with shower over bath, vanity and separate toilet and another shower and toilet located down the external stairs in the laundry. The kitchen, dining and living areas are all open plan, there is a dining recess with long timber table and chairs,. The stylish living area has leather lounge suites and a 40"Smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is very well-equipped with a pod coffee machine compatible with Nespresso Original line pods.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Spacious deck with sun lounges, hanging egg chair, outdoor setting and Weber BBQ. The fully fenced backyard overlooking the ocean and surrounding farmland.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
All bedrooms have individual wall heaters and remote controlled ceiling fans. There is also a wall mounted heater in the living area.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway. The garage is locked and not available to guests.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

One Tree at Gerroa
Monica - 5th February 2024We have enjoyed our stay at one tree. Being a family with three small children, the house layout suited us with two single beds for the kids rather than bunk beds, which we try to avoid for safety reasons. The only concern is the balcony, but it is nice and wide so the kids have been fine out there under supervision. The house itself is well appointed. The view is breathtaking and location great.

We had such a great weekend stay. The house is exactly as it is represented - simple, clean beach house, well-equipped with everything you need....and honestly the most stunning view I have ever seen. The local area is gorgeous, but we spent a lot of time on that deck! All communication and instructions regarding our booking were very clear. We will definitely be back.

Ian Mackay - 30th January 2021The house is nice - simply laid out with nice views & large balcony. The balcony does get windy which reduces the times you can use it. We were unlucky that 3 things went wrong that impacted our enjoyment: 1. BBQ couldn't be lit as the ignition system is broken and with winds on the balcony matches don't get the burner lit. 2. The dishwasher broke. 3. The hot water ran out with the gas bottle was empty. The Holidays Collection team attended to all 3 very quickly and efficiently.
Apologies Robert for the confusion caused but at the time of booking, our T&Cs clearly stated to you that 4pm check outs do not apply in Peak Season, and 5 subsequent emails sent to you all referred to a 10am check out on Sunday - including the all important Pre-Arrival Email. You turned away the cleaner when she arrived so the matter was escalated to us. We explained the situation and you refused to leave despite other guests being on their way down from Sydney. We proposed a compromise time of 1pm which you refused. You also swore at us and hung up the phone. As a result, we had to escalate the matter to the police as you refused to leave. Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused, but it was a genuine misunderstanding that we endeavoured to rectify with a compromise.
Be Very Careful booking with Holiday Collection - they change the conditions after you book
Robert K - 29th December 2020My Family and I have stayed at this property approximately 10 times in the last two or three year and never had an issue. On our last visit I received a booking confirmation for a 4pm checkout. Holiday Collection subsequently changed the checkout to 10am WITHOUT informing me. THEY THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE if we didn't leave before the agreed original booking time. This caused a great deal of upset as it was our wedding anniversary. We were loyal customers and never caused an issue.
Such an amazing location, with the beautiful deck and view. Great features in the kitchen. Beds were all super comfortable.
