Where will I be?
Osprey is located on a lovely quiet street in Gerroa. It is built up on the headland to take advantage of the beautiful ocean views. Seven Mile Beach is a short walk away or stroll up the road to the Blue Swimmer cafe and general store.
Why choose Osprey?
Osprey is in a great location, close to the beach but in a quiet spot. Laze on the deck fanned by gentle sea breezes in summer or cosy up to an open log fire for winter warmth.
How is the property laid out?
Osprey is a two storey family home with terraced front gardens. On the entrance level is the garage which has been converted to a games room with billiard table, table tennis table, TV, books and games. There is also a compact bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the others with two single beds. There is one bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.
The dining and living area are spacious and open plan with a dining table to seat six, leather lounge suite, HDTV, DVD, and open log fire all leading out to a generous deck. The kitchen is well equipped.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
What about outdoors?
The terraced front garden has steps from the lower parking bay up to the property. The grassy back garden has a shady patio area, outdoor setting and gas barbecue.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Osprey has electric oil heaters and ceiling fans in each bedroom. There is an open log fire and ceiling fans in the living area.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is adequate off street parking for three cars comprising garage, forecourt and lower parking bay. Please be aware there is a very steep driveway at this property, however there is ample room in the garage for a family size car to drive in, turn around and leave in a forward-facing position.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Osprey is not Pet Friendly, sorry.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
