Fabulous location and an amazing view. Perfect holiday beach house !

Great location

We had a great time at Penzance! Fabulous location so close to the water and next to a lovely open space. Saw dolphins and whales from the top balcony and enjoyed sitting under the covered deck in the rain Well equipped kitchen with nespresso coffee maker, slow cooker, rice cooker and electric grill plate, and plenty of kitchenware Would not call it luxurious but was clean, nice and very comfortable, and beds and pillows were comfy too Would definitely go back - 4pm check out was so good

Unbeatable Views!

This property was a great choice for our boys weekend of 6 people. Comfortable and private, there was lots of different breakout areas. Although the weather was a little chilly, the heating in this property was excellent. The view is outstanding.

Stunning views and home

A group of 5 girls visited for the weekend and it was beautiful. The house itself has so much space and it was cosy in the cooler weather thanks to the fire heater. Despite the weather being bad on the weekend we came, we so enjoyed listening and watching the waves crashing right outside. The location is perfect. Can't recommend the host enough when we allowed us to reschedule late last year due to a number of our group having covid - we're so thankful we didn't miss out on this wonderful stay.

Talk about ocean views!

We had a relaxing weekend getaway at Penzance. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of seven adults. The views are spectacular and it was wonderful hearing the sound of the ocean going to sleep. The house was clean and the kitchen well equipped with crockery, utensils, pans, serving dishes etc We would be happy to stay here again.

This place was incredible. Beautiful location, it rained every day but the views more than compensated. Look forward to staying here again.

Views that will take your breath away!

We enjoyed our stay here at Penzance. The views from this property are amazing! You don't even have to step outside the lounge room to watch the sunrise! Just beautiful! The kitchen is also very modern and is well equipped with crockery. A couple bedrooms have stunning views! I was very happy with the service received when we needed to call the Holidays Collection Out of Hours Number. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Great location, Great property for small group.

Brilliant location, Close to Berry & Gerringong shops for short outings. The house flows well for groups that like to cook & chat. Wonderful balcony to enjoy the sunshine and great views. Easy access to the water for exploring.

fantastic location, place needs a good solid spring clean as it appears tired

location was outstanding, we were facing the ocean and had an amazing outlook. very close to the beach, and heaps of room for a family of 5. Gerroa is an amazing spot. kitchen was well equipped , comfy lounge.

Standout of the property is the amazing location right on the beach in a nice area which is relatively quiet whilst being relatively close to town. Nice entertaining area with kitchen lounge room and balcony all opened up together.

Awesome location and beautiful house

Amazing location

This property is located right on the water front. You can sit on the veranda and take in the views of the ocean and fall asleep at night listening to the sound of the waves. We also loved the 4pm checkout which gave us a chance to have a nice bbq lunch with our friends the next day. The place was huge with plenty of space to sleep you and your family or friends. The living space was nice and light and airy with plenty of space for entertaining. We loved our stay here and never wanted to leave!

Amazing seaview！

Wow.. the photos really don’t do the house or location justice. You don’t want to leave the house once your there. Extremely well appointed, loads of space & amenities. Beautiful quiet location with the ocean at your back door & surrounded by rolling green hills.. simply magnificent. We will be back. The late checkout option is also a major plus.

Great spot for a beachside holiday

We stayed at Penzance over the New Years period and despite the bad weather, we were very comfortable. The location/view is particularly spectacular. However, the downstairs ‘family room’ cannot be accessed, which means there is limited communal space indoors. The kitchen is poorly stocked with appropriately sized pans - it was tricky to cook big meals. A tip for guests, bring an HDMI cord to watch movies as no WiFi and poor reception. Still, it’s a special spot and great for groups of friends.

Amazing location!

We had a wonderful time at Penzance. The sea view and waterfront location was incredible. The house was a good size and well equipped. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

The pictures don’t do the view from Craig’s place justice. It is INCREDIBLE. We barely left the balcony all weekend, such a glorious place for a long lunch and a sunset drink.

Craig's house is in an amazing position on the coast. We even saw a whale breaching quite close to shore. Kitchen is extremely well equipped, lovely lounge room, great balcony, and good sized bedrooms. All good for a family break away.

Needs some updating

Penzance is in a great location but, given the cost of the accommodation, could really do with an update, especially the bathrooms. Something as simple as a good clean of the windows would allow the place to shine more (and accentuate the amazing view). We actually booked two houses for our stay and the other house (not far away, in the same street, same stunning view, also 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) was immaculate and beautifully appointed. Penzance did not compare and yet it cost more.

Stunning Location

Great Place with excellent location which closes to the sea, easily watch the sunrise just on your own deck. Suitable for the whole family or closed friends. Overall, really enjoyed the whole holiday when staying in this property.

Great Location

This is the second time we have stayed at Penzance. Middle of July the weather was sensational, views are brilliant and couldn't ask for more with the accommodation. We'll be back form sure AAAAAA+++++++++

Great Stay

This was a great stay for our family of 7 people. The location is second to none. We enjoyed the beaches and the quiet, with only the surf to listen to at night. I would recommend shopping for groceries before arriving as it is a bit of a drive otherwise. The kitchen is well-stocked, but for some reason we couldn't find the can opener. Let the rental company know if you need anything. They are very responsive. The laundry room was locked on arrival, but Hamish was great to work with and quickly took care of us. Beds were comfortable. We would stay there again despite the expense. The property is as listed and the pictures provide a realistic representation of what you get when you arrive. Well done!!
