Enjoy uninterrupted ocean views from this contemporary apartment; just a short stroll to Seven Mile Beach, Gerroa. With its nautical touches and light filled interior, this apartment, one of four in a quiet residential block, is perfect for a family holiday on the South Coast.

Where will I be?
Pinkos is located on the upper ground floor of a small apartment block directly opposite the Gerroa Post Office and General Store, and only a two minute walk down to Blue Swimmer Cafe at Seahaven or Seven Mile Beach. The apartment is located at one end of the complex.
Why choose Pinko's?
Pinkos is in the perfect location, within easy walking distance to the beach. The apartment is neat, tidy and very spacious - it feels more like a house than an apartment. Great views of Seven Mile beach from the living/dining area and front deck.
How is the property laid out?
Pinkos is a large two level apartment with two bedrooms, one located downstairs with queen bed and built in wardrobe and one upstairs with two king single beds and built in wardrobe. There is also an upstairs living area with double sofa bed that can be used as a third bedroom.
There is one bathroom downstairs with shower, vanity and toilet.
The kitchen, dining and living are spacious and open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with hot plate, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee pod machine, and ironing facilities. The living area has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and sliding doors that open to the balcony. There is a shared laundry with washing machine around the back of the apartment complex.
WIFI, internet, Netflix or pay tv- will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Pinkos has a spacious balcony at the front of the property with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. There is also a shared grass area at the front of the property.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
The living/dining area can be opened up to take in the ocean breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
All bed linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for one car on the driveway in the marked spot. Other cars can park on the street at the front of the property.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

It was so relaxing, waking up every morning to a killer view & enjoying the same view on the front verandah in the late afternoon whilst enjoying wines purchased from a local winery & some pre-dinner nibbles. It is a short walk to an excellent local restaurant. Location, location , location........overlooking & a short walk to the beautiful Seven Mile Beach, & all the offerings of cafes, boutique shops & galleries etc. nearby.

Delightful Coastal Holiday
Helen - 4th January 2022Pinkos provided us with a delightful coastal holiday with a fantastic view of the beach. Despite the inclement weather, we had a most enjoyable and relaxing time. The property is clean and well appointed with all that you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the beautiful beach view from the lovely comfy lounge or from the balcony. You can easily self cater or treat yourself to a meal at The Blue Swimmer conveniently located around the corner. We loved our daily walks around Gerroa or along the beach as well as trips to Berry, Kiama and Gerringong and nearby wineries. We definitely will be visiting here again

An easy and beautiful drive from Sydney, I arrived to a clean, well presented Pinkos with beautiful views over the beach. Perfectly situated within walking distance to a local general store, cafes and the beach, Pinkos will definitely be my choice for a family stay in the near future.
Positive: Great location and view. Close to club. Negative: Getting the keys out of and back into the key safe was difficult.
We had a great stay at this property in Geroa. The common areas of the house really took up the outside view better than we could have hoped. The beach and waterways around offered far more than we expected. Kitchen had everything you could need. Would have loved to stay for longer.
Pinkos is an amazing place to relax and enjoy the beautiful places and beaches in the south coast. It is walking distance to a beach. On rainy days, it is conveniently located so that it is short drive to visit Berry, Kiama towns and couple of wineries. Pinkos is well stocked kitchen, have comfortable beds with supplied linen. With two separate lounges it meant kids can have their own space. We miss waking up to beach sound and view and looking forward to staying here again.

The property was sparkling clean, had great views of the beach, and was conveniently located just a walk away from the Blue Swimmer Cafe and the General Store. It was wonderful to be able to wake up to the sound of the waves, gently wander down to the Blue Swimmer Cafe for a superb coffee, and continue our morning stroll out onto Seven Mile Beach as the sun rose.
Simply brilliant location and view
Aaron C - 1st April 2020Pinko's is a fantastic and well kept two bedroom getaway with brilliant views of the beach. It is well kept and clean and has everything you could want in a beach getaway holiday. The balcony with its bbq and large table was the perfect place to bring in the evening. Two separate indoor lounge areas allows for adults and children to have their own space and the short three minute stroll to the beach and general store across the road is an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again but next time hopefully for longer.

Well designed open plan apartment, with good sized kitchen, large main bedroom, and, dining / lounge areas under high ceilings. Upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds and separate living area with pullout couch - great for kids to do their own thing. Large balcony with views of the beach - perfect for that morning cuppa, late afternoon drink or bbq. Great location with a short 5 minute walk to the beach and cafe and even closer to the general store. Definitely recommend and will return.

RobH - 5th March 2020We loved our stay at Pinkos. Gerroa is a wonderful beach town with a great beach, scenic headland walk and amazing cafe nearby the property. The property was comfortable with everything we could need. Unfortunately the weather was shocking the weekend we went down but the staff at South Coast Holidays were fantastic - even giving us a lift to the property from Gerringong when the public transport failed due to the rain. On the upside, it gives us a reason to go back! Highly recommended

Ianto - 26th February 2017The place has location! Just a short walk to the beach, for the morning coffees from the Blue Swimmer, and the play ground. Ideal for young children. And with stunning views from Gerroa Headland, across Seven Mile Beach to the Beecroft Peninsula. Well-equipped and comfortable. The addition of better outdoor furniture on the balcony and a dish-washer would bring it close to perfection.
