The property is not fully secured, so we recommend that dogs are on a leash at all times outside. Please ensure dogs remain in the property boundaries as they may scare or injure the local livestock in the neighbours surrounding fields.

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during Peak Season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We do not schedule arrivals on Public Holidays.
Is there any special information I should know about?
Although only 1 acre, Saddleback Grove is a rural property surrounded by farmland. As a result, the property is not on town services and relies on tank water and a septic waste system. This means that water wastage needs to be kept to a minimum. Hot water is from an off peak electric storage tank, while there is enough hot water for everyone to shower, long showers may use up the hot water before it is able to reheat overnight. Only septic tank friendly products should be used or else the system gets smelly. Organic soaps, shampoos etc. and septic friendly laundry and cleaning products are provided.
Who will I be dealing with during my stay?
This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral. We have over 270 properties in Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, Hyams Beach and the Southern Highlands. We offer guests 24/7 customer service.

A Fantastic Family Holiday Stay!Jennifer Basker - 6th April 2021
We enjoyed staying at your beautiful home and will miss the wonderful view.
Not only was the location breath-taking and the interior decoration beautiful, but there were also so many thoughtful additions - lots of fresh flowers, candles for ambience, fluffy towels, high quality furnishings and appliances, plenty of blankets, and an amazing spa ready to enjoy.
This property is nicer than the photos would have you believe. The views are stunning. Great place in both good and bad weather. The hosts have filled the property with loads of special touches; timed heated towel racks in the bathrooms, timed fairy lights in the rumpus room, fresh (real) milk from a local dairy, picnic rugs, day packs, semolina for making wood fired pizzas, etc. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds are comfortable. Great location for visiting Kiama-Gerringong-Gerroa, Berry, Kangaroo Valley and local wineries and craft breweries. We were very comfortable here. And I'm very grateful that the hosts allow dogs at such a nice property. Thank you.
Absolutely amazing place to stay! Amazingly well appointed everything you need is at your fingertips. The view is so amazing you never want to leave and the spa oh my!! Beds are a little firmer than we were used to but we will still be back :)
Positive: Great view Negative: Everything was great
Beautiful place to relax and take in the view. A quick drive to the beach and shops, will be back!

Saddleback Grove is an amazing place with a fantastic views! The property had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend!
Wonderful, caring hosts. Amazing views. We will stay again
Fabulous views, beautiful well appointed house. Lots of cozy places to sit and chat. Great place for a weekend away with the girls
Amazing view and lovely house. We had a fantastic time in the spa enjoying the outlook for my 30th birthday. The house is also beautifully furnished. Highly recommend. The only issue we experienced was we had to use the same towel for the spa as we did after we showered as only 1 per guest was supplied, it wasn’t that pleasant to use a towel that smelt strongly of chlorine and was soaking wet. I would suggest bringing your own towels.

Superb views and decorated. Great unique stay
Fantastic property in Saddleback MountainJane - 22nd May 2020
We were here for a long stay and had a fantastic time. The place was so clean when we arrived and even had some nice touches such as flowers and a bowl of Easter eggs to enjoy. It was very well stocked with everything you needed. The managers of the property were also very quick to respond if you needed anything. Only real complaint from the children was the internet quality but this was hard to judge given all the online learning and unusual usage throughout the whole area. Gorgeous views, sunsets and tranquility made it a lovely stay. Thank you
