Sails Blu is superbly located in Callala Bay, separated from the sandy shores of Jervis Bay only by coastal trees. Access to the beach is via a sandy path without crossing any roads! A comfortable, split level townhouse with a relaxed coastal style, Sails Blu is an ideal getaway for those seeking a tranquil beach holiday at a slower pace near the calm waters of Jervis Bay.

Where will I be?
Callala Bay is at the northern end of Jervis Bay near Wowly Gully inlet, and is known for its calm waters. The Jervis Bay Marine Park with its rich marine life has beautiful beaches including the famous Hyams Beach, inlets, lagoons and rockpools - a beautiful area to explore! There are many bushwalks nearby, and a local village with a supermarket, butcher and bakery.
Why choose Sails Blu?
Peaceful and comfortable, close to the beach and direct access to the beach via a coastal path - no roads to cross! The surrounding Booderee National Park features walking trails through native forests, magnificant birdlife, and crystal clear waterways. A quiet coastal village ideal for nature lovers.
How is the property laid out?
The split level townhouse has the main living area overlooking the coastal trees with glimpses to the water. The verandah runs the length of the townhouse, and has an outdoor dining area, lounge and BBQ. The living area is an open area with lounge and TV, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. Upstairs is the master bedroom with spa bath and a private verandah, as well as a second bedroom with a queen bed. Downstairs features two more bedrooms - one queen and one with a bunk bed. The shared bathroom is downstairs and has a shower and toilet. The laundry is located in the garage.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan. Chromecast is available on the TV.
What about outdoors?
There is a large deck with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ, as well as an outdoor lounge. This looks out to the surrounding coastal trees abundant with wildlife, through which glimpses of water can be seen. The fenced yard contains a grassy area. The peaceful lapping of the water on the nearby shore is peaceful and tranquil.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
Sails Blu has reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area, and being so close to the water it takes full advantage of ocean breezes.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillow cases, doonas, blankets, bath and hand towels are provided all year round. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
Parking for cars, boats, etc?
Garage parking is available for one car, and street parking is also avialable.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
