Where will I be?
Scandi Beach House is located at the southern end of Vincentia and adjacent to the reserve surrounding Greenfields Beach. There are walking trails right at your doorstep including the White Sands Walk which if heading south will take you to Chinamans Beach and the famous white sands of Hyams Beach, and heading north to Nelsons Beach and Blenheim Beach.

Scandi Beach House is ideal for those wanting to find solace from the hustle and bustle. Relax on the large, peaceful deck listening to the distant sounds of the water and surrounding nature, or walk to Greenfields Beach in 2 minutes. The house has a modern kitchen and appliances including coffee machine and juicer, and a combustion fire for comfort during the winter months. A perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate.
How is the property laid out?
Scandi Beach House has a lounge room that is the centre of the house. The kitchen and dining area are located next to the lounge room in an open plan configuration, yet separate enough to feel spacious. The generous outdoor deck runs the length of the house, and is accessed from the lounge room/dining room. There is outdoor seating and a BBQ on the deck.
The master bedroom with king bed and ensuite has windows that look out to the treescape, and access to the backyard. The second bedroom with a king bed and third bedroom with a queen bed capture light from the north facing windows. The fourth bedroom with single day bed also has a built in desk and this is also where the TV is located. There is a shared main bathroom with shower, and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
The TV is located in the 4th bedroom/office which allows the lounge room to be a peaceful place to enjoy the sound of the surrounding nature and wildlife.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Scandi Beach House has a large outdoor deck with BBQ and lounge seating that looks out to the treescape of the bordering nature reserve. There is a lawn area and and beautiful native plants and trees. Greenfields Beach is a 2 minute walk. There are multiple walking tracks at your doorstep, that lead to the nearby beaches of Chinamans Beach, Nelson Beach, Blenheim Beach and further afield is Hyams Beach where there is a great local cafe!
Keeping warm or staying cool?
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is a combustion fireplace in the lounge room, as well as portable heaters for the cooler months. There is a gentle sea breeze coming from nearby Jervis Bay.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Scandi Beach House provides linen and bath towels, please remember to bring your favourite beach towel.
Parking for cars, boats etc.?
There is parking for 3 cars on the driveway behind the electric gate.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Scandi Beach house does not allow pets. Please contact us for pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
