Sea Deck is a stunning, modern beach house featuring a large deck with views of native trees to one side, and the crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay to the east. Sleeping up to 8 people across 3 bedrooms, this is the perfect holiday home for families seeking a stylish and comfortable place to stay in Hyams Beach. Inside you will enjoy a generous open plan living area with designer kitchen, large dining table, oversized lounge and smart tv. This area opens onto the spacious deck with outdoor dining setting, BBQ and ocean views. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and the cafe just 3 minutes.
Please note that Sea Deck is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults only, or 4 adults and up to 4 children. It is not suitable for a group of adults.

Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023)
The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Friday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us.
Where will I be?
Sea Deck is located in a prime position on the main access road into Hyams Beach. It is a short stroll to the cafe and to the white sand beaches in Hyams. The house has beautiful bay vistas from the deck.

Sea Deck is a newly built holiday home finished to a high standard. You will enjoy quality furnishings and linens, beautiful interiors and an expansive deck with ocean views. The beach and cafe are a short walk away. This is a very stylish and comfortable option for your beach holiday.
How is the property laid out?
Sea Deck is accessed via the wrap around deck. You enter into the open plan living, dining & kitchen area. Large folding doors connect the living area to the expansive deck. A short hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry/second bathroom.
Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
The outdoors at Sea Deck are enjoyed on the expansive deck area. This area is generously equipped with 2 outdoor settings, a 2 seater outdoor lounge and bbq.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
There is no air conditioning or heating at Sea Deck, however the house can be opened up to catch the sea breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, luxury linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is dedicated off street parking for 2 vehicles at Sea Deck. The parking area is marked with a white rope fence. We request that guests do not park on the concrete driveway to the side of the house as it is steep and difficult to reverse out from. The parking area has been positioned to eliminate the need to use the steep drive way. It is recommended also that you enter the property from the downhill side of Boderee Avenue, and exit downhill as well.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Sea Deck is not pet friendly.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Really lovely place to stay in Hyams Beach. Such an easy walk to the beach. Check in is super easy and the property is beautifully furnished. The driveway is steep, but is easy to get up and down. We had three cars, two of which we parked on site and one we parked down the street very close by.
We were very happy with the place. It was beautiful and clean, had lovely touches and was full of love and thought. Walking distance to the beach and cafe and the outside deck was awesome for entertaining. We would book it again 💙💙💙

This place has been made with love and thought. It’s so nice to come away and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We loved the outside deck area and the outside shower was perfect. The location is fantastic to walk to the cafe and beach. Overall it was comfortable and enjoyable, we would book it again.
The place was clean and well decorated. The lack of wifi (although mentioned in the details about the place) was inconvenient, especially because the place had almost zero reception so was a pain to contact home. The driveway was also extremely steep and our car’s scraped, this was not in pictures and was not mentioned by the host. Also, it says that there are 2 parking spots but the space available barely took 1 car. The TV didn’t work at all, we couldn’t get the free to air channels and there was a Foxtel box there that also didn’t work. The location is great, nice and close to hyams beach.
Walking distance from the beach. Terrace is spacious, with bbq and a decent view on the bay. Inside the house is a bit dark. Good place overall.

House was nice , communication good, some sand in beds from previous visits, good overall!!
A stylish & well appointed house that suited two families. We loved the deck area for meals, games, relaxing & feeding the birds.

We did enjoy staying here, and had a BBQ on the large deck with views over the sea as the sun set - spectacular. The house was modern and very clean. An internet dongle was delivered on our arrival which we appreciated. And the agency looking after the house was contactable and responded quickly for any questions. We did find the access steep - when parking in the roped area be very careful to enter from the downside of the property as directed and keep the car tyres on the concrete.
