Seascape is a stylish home with views of beautiful Bombo Beach, Kiama Lighthouse, Saddleback Mountain and Kiama town. This beautiful home sleeps, however is not suitable for more than 6 adults . The building is all about embracing nature, with views of the reserve on one side of the house and outstanding views of the waves breaking on Bombo Beach on the other; you won't want to leave!
Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

Where will I be?
Seascape is located on the headland overlooking Bombo Beach. There are some lovely coastal walks in the area and Kiama town centre is a short drive away.

Seascape has been meticulously designed to maximise your enjoyment of the surrounding environment, and ensure that any time you spend here will be well spent. Seascape offers a luxury standard throughout the property, beautiful bedrooms, opulent bathrooms and multiple living areas to provide the highest standard of holiday for families and couples alike.
How is the property laid out?
Seascape is a split level home designed to optimise the spectacular views.
On the ground floor you will find the bedrooms. The main bedroom located at the front of the house features a queen bed, walk in wardrobe, TV, en-suite with a double rose (including rain) shower and its own private balcony with views of the ocean and waves breaking onto the beach. The second bedroom, also located at the front of the house, features a queen bed, built in wardrobe, and its own private balcony with views of the ocean and waves breaking onto the beach. The two bedrooms located at the back of the house both have king single beds and built in wardrobes. The main bathroom features a spacious shower, vanity with double basin, a luxurious bath and lavatory. A TV/study nook is also located on this level with a sofa, TV and an XBox player for young adults to enjoy.
Taking the internal stairway to the top level open plan living space, where the rich landscape and breathtaking beach views will surround you. The 'living' area is an open plan space, with a modern kitchen, dining area and lounge with a flat screen TV and a fireplace, all flowing together perfectly. A separate lavatory is located on this level. Included in the kitchen is a dishwasher, Nespresso machine (coffee pods provided), oven, saucepans, microwave and everything else you may need to ensure a comfortable stay.
A separate lounge room with a larger TV with Netflix, blu ray player, Yamaha sound bar are also available for your enjoyment.
WIFI, internet, Netflix or pay tv- will I have it?
This property provides complimentary NBN enabled WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. All TVs in the property have access to Netflix.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan. A separate lounge room with a TV, blu ray player and access to Netflix is also available for your enjoyment.
What about outdoors?
At Seascape you will find a large open deck that is perfect for dining, reading and entertaining. There is a BBQ and lounge setting which provides a comfy environment to sit back and watch the surfers and waves roll up onto the beach. Children will love watching trains as they run through the famous heritage-listed Bombo station.
You also have an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
Seascape is equipped with reverse cycle ducted air conditioning for year round comfort, as well as a fireplace to keep you warm in the winter.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, & doonas, linen and bath towels are provided in this home. However please bring your own favourite beach towels.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking for up to 3 cars with a 2 car garage and space for one car in the driveway.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Seascape is not pet friendly. Please contact our office for a list of pet friendly options.
Is there any special information I should know about?
Seascape is located in a new estate and has views of the famous Bombo railway line and heritage-listed station, so there may be some noise at times.
Security surveillance cameras are located on the outside perimeter of the house.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

We enjoyed an easy walk into Kiama town and to drive there or in particular Bombo Beach, is very quick and easy:) We will definitely return, we highly recommend this house!!

William S - 20th November 2024We spent an incredible few days in Seascape. The home and its location are both wonderful! The Master Bedroom has great views of the ocean. As does the second main bedroom (there are 4 in all). Of course the Kitchen/Dining/Living area has a view that will keep you stuck looking out the window all day. The outside entertaining terrace provided a great external room for us to laze around, eat and drink and watch the whales :) We will be coming back again and again I hope! Thoroughly recommend!

Wonderful house, really great layout. Loved our week there. Tv areas were excellent (4 in total), no one ever forced to watch something if they didn’t want to join in. Balcony is large with great views of Bombo beach The wind was very strong, as mentioned. Occasionally a whiff from the sewage treatment plant nearby could be observed, hardly an issue though.

Fantastic view and nice experiences here. But there are too many pests and fly at night remember to close the windows and doors. And the host’s reply is a little bit slow.
Great brand new house and perfect for 2 families of 4. The views are amazing and walking trails and beach at 10 min walking distance. Furniture and appliances of very high standard. We’d love to come back!

Best beach-side holiday home I've stayed at to-date. Beautiful views, sparkling clean, very spacious and well furnished. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and I didn't have one problem with the place. Even had enough parking for 3 cars with 2 of those spots being in the garage. The beach was just a 10 minute walk away. Again, it was the best!

We stayed at a 4 bedroom property at Bombo NSW adn it was beautiful! th eproperty was immaculate, everything was clean, neat and tidy and the views were stunning! Lots of areas for families to hang out in, TV is every family room which is great if you're traveling with kids. The only few minor faults was that the photo made it out like it was directly near the beach but you do have to walk about 15-20 mins up and around roads to access the beach and theres a train track right outside the house so it can be a bit noisey. Also the if youre downstairs, you can hear every creak and shuffle from upstairs. There was no staple kitchen items, just sugar, salt and pepper. Would have been nice to see some basic pantry items like oil, paper towels, cling wrap etc. Would stay again or atleast recommend it to others who are looking for a place in Bombo.

Alexander - 12th April 2019Our family recently had a pleasure of staying at Seascape. What a stunning property and location. The uninterrupted views of Bombo beach and Kiama were incredible. It was so relaxing to sit on the spacious balconies of this home and take in the views. The home was new, spacious and meticulously clean with modern appliances and furniture. The owners have thought of everything to make this home comfortable. We couldnt have asked for more. They even had a coffee machine. We loved the main bedroom with its space, luxurious bathroom and very comfortable bed - had the best nights sleep! The property is near a train line but to be honest we hardly registered any noise. Perfect location to explore Kiama, the cute town of Berry and Bombo beach which is a couple of minutes walk. We just loved this beautiful place. Couldnt fault it. Well be back for sure!

Beautiful views over Bombo Beach - the house is something you dream of staying in. There is plenty of space for large groups, especially of different ages. I can not recommend it enough to anyone thinking of booking this, do it you will not regret it. Couldve easily stayed another week! All communication whilst booking this property was prompt and efficient.
