Serenity is a full renovated, quiet and secluded unit sleeping 6 with easy access to the main beach at Hyams Beach - It is set in a peaceful treescape with water glimpses from the upstairs balcony. Direct access to the beach along a sandy track (no road to cross) are an added bonus! Serenity is a great choice for an easy beach holiday.
Where will I be?
Serenity is located at the southern end of the Village, and has direct access to Hyams Beach, renowned for having 'the whitest sand in the world'! Hyams Beach Trail is also minutes from your doorstep. The cafe is a just a short stroll from your doorstep.

This villa is a light-filled, private home located within easy access to Hyams Beach. Well equipped and spacious, this is a perfect choice for an easy beach holiday! Set within native bushland and close to the water, guests will hear the gentle sounds of the ocean. Hyams Beach is perfect for swimming, snorkelling or simply sunbathing.
How is the property laid out?
The property has a split level design. The top level has a good sized master bedroom with en-suite and private balcony. The middle level has two good sized bedrooms, and the lower levels have the laundry, shared bathroom, kitchen, dining area, lounge and outdoor patio. All three bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
What about outdoors?
There is a lovely patio with seating for 6, which is surrounded by towering, eucalypt trees and native foliage. Relax and listen to the sounds of the ocean while enjoying the natural beauty of the area. The gardens adjoining the patio have been recently landscaped and the property is surrounded by lovely native forest, beautiful birdlife and visiting wildlife!
Access the beach from the back of the property without needing to cross any roads.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
There are ceiling fans in two bedrooms and the living area. Being so close to the ocean, the home benefits from the cool see breeze!
What about sheets, towels or other supplies?
High quality sheets and towels are provided at Serenity. However, please bring your own beach towel!
Parking for cars?
There is parking for one car in the garage, with additional parking on the street.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Serenity is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the internet is always in service, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!
What are the minimum stay rules?
Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
