Located two doors down from the famous Blue Swimmer Restaurant and a 3 minute walk to Seven Mile Beach, you can enjoy the best that Gerroa has to offer, all on foot. The property can accommodate up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The heart of the home is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with beautiful views over the estuary to Seven Mile Beach. Children will love the games room with mini table tennis and pool table.

Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023)
The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Saturday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us.

How is the property laid out?
Seven Smiles is a renovated two storey brick house. Entry via the back deck takes you into the second level. Here you will walk into the main kitchen, living and dining area. This large open plan space enjoys beautiful views of Seven Mile Beach. There are two bedrooms on this level, including the master with a queen bed and ensuite. The other bedroom has two single beds. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Heading downstairs you will find a kitchenette, two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles, a living room, games room, bathroom and laundry. There is also a downstairs patio area. The large deck at the back of the property features a gas BBQ, outdoor setting and outdoor lounge.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
What about outdoors?
Seven Smiles has a large back deck, with gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting and outdoor lounge. Emery park, with playground and lawns is 120 metres away and Seven Mile Beach a short stroll.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
There is reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in the upstairs open plan area.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is undercover parking for 2 vehicles in the carport, with space for another 2 vehicles on the driveway
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Seven Smiles is not pet friendly.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
