Where will I be?
Sunset on Headland is located on a lovely quiet street in Gerroa. It is built up on the headland to take advantage of the beautiful ocean views. Seven Mile Beach is a short walk away or stroll up the road to the Blue Swimmer cafe and general store.

Sunset on Headland is in a great location, close to the beach but in a quiet spot. Laze on the deck fanned by gentle sea breezes in summer or cosy up to an open log fire for winter warmth.
How is the property laid out?
Sunset on Headland is a two storey family home with terraced front gardens. Downstairs has two bedrooms with queen beds, as well as a shared bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a games room with a billiard table, bar, tv and lounge area.
Upstairs features an open plan lounge and dining area that captures the view, opening onto the verandah. There is also a kitchen and European laundry. Upstairs also has the master bedroom, with a king bed and views across Seven Mile Beach and the escarpment. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bathroom with a shower, bath, and a separate toilet.There is also a kitchen, European laundry
The private enclosed backyard is accessed from the kitchen and backs onto a nature reserve. There is also a small deck where you can enjoy the sun!
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
What about outdoors?
The terraced front garden has steps from the lower parking bay up to the property. The grassy back garden has a shady patio area, outdoor setting and gas barbecue.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Sunset on Headland has electric oil heaters and ceiling fans in each bedroom. There is an open log fire and ceiling fans in the living area.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is adequate off street parking for two cars - one at the top of the drive way and another on a landing on the driveway. Please be aware there is a very steep driveway at this property and all other cars must be parked on the street.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
