The Berry Bungalow is in the heart of Berry, making it easy to stroll home from shopping, markets, or a night out at a restaurant. Gerroa or Seven Mile Beach are approximately 7-10 kilometers away.

How is the property laid out?
The Berry Bungalow is a one level with an open plan living and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen is located next to the open plan living area. There are two queen bedrooms and one double bedroom which are located off the central hall. The main bathroom features a shower, bath and toilet, and there is an additional shower and toilet in the laundry area.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
The Berry Bungalow has an outdoor deck with BBQ which provides two occasional chairs and a sun umbrella. There is a very generous lawn area in the backyard where the family can enjoy playing games together.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
The Berry Bungalow has central heating and cooling for year round comfort. There are also fans in the bedrooms.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towel however!
Parking for cars?
There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Try to find a carer for your pets, so that you can enjoy this spectacular property, but if that is not possible, please contact us for a list of our pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
