How is the property laid out?
Downstairs is the open plan living, kitchen and dining area which flows onto the outdoor entertaining deck. There is also an additional living area with air hockey table, laundry with washing machine and dryer, and an toilet. The garage can be accessed internally from this level.
Upstairs features four queen bedrooms, all with its own ensuite. The master bedroom overlooks the golf course and has a walk in robe and larger ensuite with bath.
Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. There is a smart TV in the living room so you can stream your favourite shows. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Enjoy the seamless indoor-outdoor flow! The spacious entertainer's deck has an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, sink, heater and fan. From here, steps lead onto a small grassed area and a private golf course access gate onto the 5th fairway. A hot and cold outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after you return from the beach.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
For your comfort, there is zoned individual air conditioning in all rooms and a fan + heater in the outdoor area.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Linen is supplied at The Greenside Beach House. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels!
Parking for cars, boats etc.?
The Greenside Beach House has a large single garage and an EV car charger.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
The Greenside Beach House is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
