The Lighthouse at Vincentia is a large house accommodating 11 guests. It's northerly aspect and high position provides panoramic views beautiful natural light and a serenity away from the bustling beachfront, while being only 8 minutes walk to Orion Beach. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the balcony with expansive views to Jervis Bay. With plenty of room for family and friends this house will appeal to everyone! Recently refurbished with a new kitchen and furniture, The Lighthouse is a comfortable and affordable house for a group of friends, or extended family. Finally, please note that this house is in a quiet area, and no parties are not allowed at this property.

Peak Season Bookings: 13 Dec 2024 and 23 Jan 2025 - Minimum 7 night booking - Arrival and departure on a Tuesday. If booking online, please search for vacancies with Friday being the arrival and departure day. Peak Season bookings are most easily made directly with our Bookings Team.
Where will I be?
The Lighthouse is located in Vincentia, with the white sands of Orion Beach just an 8 minute walk away and Collingwood Beach just a 10-15 minute walk away. Vincentia Shopping Village is only minutes by car. Huskisson can be reached within 5 minutes if driving, or guests can ride down to the cycleway to ride their bike along the flat path (approximately 5km).
Why choose The Lighthouse?
The Lighthouse is comfortable, affordable and has plenty of room for guests. With two living areas (upstairs and downstairs) guests can be together while still having their own space. There is also an office space which is ideal for those who want to holiday with family or friends but still require an office space for work. Newly refurbished and furnished, including a new kitchen, The Lighthouse is crisp and welcoming. The backyard is private and outdoor setting so you can enjoy a meal in the outdoors (note the BBQ in the backyard is currently inoperative).
How is the property laid out?
The Lighthouse is a two storey house with the primary living area upstairs. Enter the house and walk upstairs where the open plan kitchen/dining/living area is located - and all with a view across to Jervis Bay! There is a balcony leading off the living area which has a BBQ. Four queen bedrooms are located on this level, with the master bedroom having a generous ensuite including bath as well as a balcony. There is also a shared bathroom upstairs with a shower and toilet. Downstairs is another lounge area with TV and the office space (also with its own smart TV). The bunk room has a triple bunk and a lounge. There is a bathroom downstairs with a shower and toilet, as well as a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. There are 3 smart TVs one in the living room upstairs, one downstairs and one in the office, all with complimentary Netflix. so you can stream your favourite shows. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WI-FI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
The Lighthouse has several verandahs at the front of the house where you can enjoy the views and the fresh sea breeze!
The backyard is grassed with lovely gardens and outdoor seating (note the BBQ in the backyard is currently not operational). There are two ramps to the house - one from the driveway and one from the backyard. There is a BBQ in the front verandah.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Reverse cycle air conditioning - or open the doors for the cool sea breeze!
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, luxury linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc.?
The Lighthouse has parking in the driveway for 3 cars.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
The Lighthouse is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
