Treehaven is a modern, pavilion style home with beautiful views of Jervis Bay. The home is perfectly located with vehicle access off Moonah Rd, one of the quietest streets in Hyams Beach. The walk to the beach is also a short cut along Moonah Rd and then Bayview Avenue, avoiding vehicle traffic. The house sleeps up to 6 guests, 2 of which will enjoy the separate master en-suite pavilion.

Treehaven has an external camera to monitor guest numbers if needed. There are no cameras whatsoever inside the house. The external camera records images but does not have a live feed. It will only be referred to if the house is overloaded with guests or if any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour takes place. The camera views the front area of the house, including the access stairs.
Where will I be?
Treehaven is located on the uphill side of Moonah Rd, on the corner of Booderee Ave. Whilst the legal address of the property is 10 Booderee Ave, vehicle and pedestrian access is the very first driveway on Moonah Rd. Moonah Rd is cul de sac, so generally very quiet. There is easy beach access along Moonah Rd to the cul de sac head, along a path to Bayview Ave, and then downhill to the main beach in Hyams.

How is the property laid out?
Treehaven is a two storey property, with driveway access, laundry and some covered areas downstairs. The two pavilions that comprise the guest accommodation are on the upper level, including a large deck with fantastic bay views.
The front / ocean facing pavilion houses a lovely master bedroom with en-suite, and a private deck overlooking Jervis Bay.
The rear / main pavilion houses the open plan kitchen / living / dining area, two bedrooms (one queen, one with 2 x singles), and a state of the art bathroom with separate toilet!
The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine.
Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email.
Please note however that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Treehaven is set, as the name suggests, amongst a lovely grove of native trees. The driveway leads to a level, gravelled area of a good size for parking and / or games, and otherwise, the house has good deck areas for indoor / outdoor entertaining.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Treehaven has a gas heater in the main pavilion of the house and an electric heater in the master bedroom pavilion. On a warm day, the house can be opened up to catch any available sea breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and towels are provided at Treehaven. Please bring your own beach towels however!
Parking for cars, boats etc.?
There is parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Treehaven is not pet friendly. Please contact us or look on our website for our numerous pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
