It is ideally located with easy access to the golf club, and the village of Kangaroo Valley with restaurants, cafes and shopping is just a few minutes’ drive away.

Where will I be?
Villa 27 is located at the Kangaroo Valley Golf Course. It is a 5 minute drive into the heart of Kangaroo Valley Village.
Why choose Villa 27?
Villa 27 is in a prime location for golf enthusiasts, with easy access to the Kangaroo Valley golf course. Even if golf is not your thing, you will be comfortable in this well equipped villa with beautiful views of the Kangaroo Valley escarpment.
How is the property laid out?
Villa 27 is perfectly sized for 2 people. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, a recently renovated bathroom and a lounge room with TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a full oven, toaster, kettle and microwave.
Note that the property has tank water only that is not potable. Drinking water is provided to guests.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?
This particular property does not offer WiFi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it's best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free WiFi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide WiFi at their property, but this is still work in progress!
What about outdoors?
Villa 27 has a great front deck that overlooks the golf course. It is the perfect place to sit back and relax!
Staying warm or keeping cool?
There is reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort. There is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Villa 27 supplies all bed linen, sheets and bath towels.
Parking for cars, etc?
Villa 27 has open air parking for 1 car.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Wildlife
Please note that due to the nature and location of this property, wildlife may be about including possums, kangaroos, ants, spiders, bees, wasps and even snakes. We do whatever we can to keep the property safe, however we cannot guarantee that you will not see any wildlife at the property. You must book the property knowing that the possibility of encountering wildlife exists, and you must take care during your visit if walking around the property - please.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
